kisi ko ger muhabbat hey …

tu phir na aasra rakho
kisi key khud samajhney ka
kisi key pehal kerney ka,

mana yeh aisa jazba hey
jo samjhaya nahi jata

mager yeh bhi haqeeqat hey
ki kash-makash aur tazab-zub sey
zara sa maand perta hey,

aur jab yeh maand perta hey
zindagi maand perti hey,

kisi ko ger muhabbat hey …

tu keh daalo woh sab key sab
jo dil mey janey kab sey hey,

naa soocho phir key kia hoga
key dil key maa’mley tu bas
issi himmat sey chaltey hein

her anjaam…her mantaq sey
baala baala phaltey hein,

so kisi ko ger muhabbat hey …
tu na soocho key kia hoga,

kisi ko ger muhabbat hey.
