Main ne aksar dekha hai………!!!! 
Maa k hoty hwe bachoon ko adhora dekha hai,
Zindagi ki es be-rah-ravi par,
Mammta ko marty dekha hai,
Main ne akser dekha hai……..!!!!
Maa ki aghosh mayassar hai par,
Aayaaoo’n ki goodo’n main nanhoo’n ko soty dekha hai,
Bachoo’n ko banhooo main leke thapkey bina he,
Maoo’n ko ab soty dekha hai,
Ab us pal ko khooty dekha hai……!!!
Jab,
Maa apne jigar k tukroo’n ko,
Apni narm si , garm si aagosh main lita k,
Baloo’n main ungliaan pheerty hwe,
Pariooon ki kahani sunati thi,
Unko sabaq sikhati thi,
Unka kirdaar banati thi,
Tab woo nannhey phool bhi moo khoole,
Apni gool si aankhoo ko oor khool kar poocha karty thy,
Sach ammi…!!!! “Esa bhi hota hai”
Maa bhi hans kar maathey pe boosa deti thi,
Oor kahti thi,
Haan beta…!!! “bure loogoo ka anjam bura hota hai”
Phir apne ladloon ko thapak thapak kar,
Khud bhi soo jati thi,
Woooo pal bhi yaad hai mujko……!!!
K aksar jab beemaari main bachey,
Maa k kandhey pe sar rakh k soojaty thy,
Tab Maa k jazboon ki hiddat se,
Wo bemari bhasm hojati thi,
Par……………!!!
Ab un masoom woojoodoon ko her pal,
Beemari main palty dekha hai,
Aksar ab ye hota hai,
Maa k mojood hone pe bhi,
Bachoon ko bilakty, sisakty dekha hai,
Dunia ki es Bebaki main,
Maa ka matlab badalty dekha hai……..!!!!
Main ne aksar dekha hai……..!!!

Ab un masoom woojoodoon ko her pal,
Beemari main palty dekha hai,
Aksar ab ye hota hai,
Maa k mojood hone pe bhi,
Bachoon ko bilakty, sisakty dekha hai,
Dunia ki es Bebaki main,
Maa ka matlab badalty dekha hai……..!!!!

thnx......... | nahi yar jab ap ne baat theek likhi hia tu koi ghalat q kahey wel aj kal yehi sb tu ho raha hai bt aisi baat nahi hai k her ma ki mamta mer gai hai
abhi aisi mothrs baki hai jin ki mamta zinda hai well in short ap ki poetry achi thi
