| Diet plan: Diet plan: Date: 1st month Early Morning: Mix 1/2 a glass of warm water with 1 tsp of honey Breakfast: 8.30 am 1 cup slim milk, 2 tbsp oats porridge, 5 almonds, 2 dates and 1 orange. Midday:10.30 am 1 roti with a vegetable or one vegetable sandwich and fresh lime water. Lunch: 2 pm 1 plate of salad (10 minutes before lunch), 3 Besan Flour roti with a vegetable. Evening: 6 pm One cup slim milk and 1 boiled egg. Dinner: 7.30 pm 1 bowl of vegetable soup, 2 Oat Flour rotis with a vegetable. Before sleeping: Repeat morning drink. Please check your weight early in the morning the day you start the diet, and keep a check on it. If you experience pain in any of your joints when you wake up in the morning, let your doctor/dietician know. This diet permits 2 cups of tea (if required) in a day with 1/2 tsp sugar. Dinner: 7.30 pm 1 bowl of vegetable soup, 2 pieces of fish/chicken grilled with a bowl of vegetables. Before sleeping: Repeat morning drink. AFTER 2 MONTHS Breakfast: Three egg whites with 1 yolk, and cereal with milk. Brunch: Any fruit except mangoes. Lunch: A typical home-cooked meal like dal, rice and Chicken Curry. Between 4 pm and 6 pm: A glass of slim milk shake. Dinner: A light dinner usually consisting of Grilled Chicken or a pasta and salad. When eating out Eating out is a big temptation, and can easily ruin your diet. But it’s important to break the rules at least once a week.” Here’s what to avoid: Fried starters Instead: Order a soup and salad Avoid: Fattening gravies Instead: Order a grilled dish Avoid: Alcohol or sweet lime soda, ice tea and aerated drinks. Instead: Order soda with a slice of lime, a diet cola or iced water. top 5 tips Don’t eat sweets every day. Avoid eating carbohydrates (rice, potatoes) at night Avoid fried foods. Pick one day of the week to eat only fruits. It will detoxify your system. “Temporary, short-term diets never work. Eat right instead of starving yourself.”

| In office it is not possible to follow this plan,Plz give any other plan for the persons who have to sit and work the whole day long. |

Exercise videos work well for many people because they're convenient, they save you time (you don't have to go anywhere), and you get your own personal \"coach.\" 10-Eat slowly............ Enjoy every bite. 11-Drink six to eight glasses of water a day.......... Lots of water keeps your body \"humming along\" smoothly, and it also helps you feel full. 12-Go light on fruit juice and sugary soda pop.....they can trigger the release of insulin which can make you feel hungry. Caffeine can also stimulate hunger. 13-Keep a food diary .....so you're aware of what you're eating - and when and why. 14-Deal with one meal at a time....... The next meal you eat, make sure it's healthful. If you think about each meal as it comes, the weeks, months, and years will take care of themselves. 15-Cater to your food passions now and then......... Buy a couple of chocolate mints for an after-lunch treat. Or stay within good eating habits six days a week and eat anything you want on the seventh. Whatever works. 16-Go ahead and have dessert ............- but make it fresh fruit or a diet gelatin. 17-When you're stressed,............ take a walk around the building, or climb up and down a few flights of stairs instead of sitting down with a doughnut or candy bar. 18-Pack healthful snacks......... from home and don't carry change if vending machines are a problem. Once you reach your ideal weight, never allow yourself to get more than a kilo and a half over this weight. Cut back on fats and sugars, and get more exercise if you find your weight creeping up again. |

| can u give me diet plan for working persons as i m working in office and sitting the whole day long and putting on so much weight plz tell me what should b the breakfast,lunch and dinner bcoz in office its not possible to eat after every hour....thans |
