sourav ganguly poor form not end after 100 againts zimbabwe.he need good inning againts tought side.his poor form making effects on whole team.if the captain not in form and not giving his team good performis then it effect whole team.and one think i did not see in indian team last 2 and 3 months they not play according to their abilities.that why indian dont perform well past three months.and tendulkar absence is also a big fact of this team performance.and i much say sourav need rest.
