How one can be the professional squash player ?

I am just 17, and have done good job in squash at my college aswell as on provincial level. I won All sindh Inter cadet colleges squash championship also. I want to make career in it , i want to play it as my profession. To be accurate , i want to join Pakistan's squash team. How i can do this ? I mean to ask , what are the academies/organizations which are to be contacted in this regard?
What are their minimium requirements to take a buddy in in their academies for allowing to represent them officially?
