Forums Rules and Regulations

ForumPk discussion forums are open to anyone to discuss anything that doesn’t violate religious and social boundaries. Registration is required for participation. In order to protect our readers from spam, we do moderate all posts.

Our policy is to keep these forums open for honest discussion. We do remove posts we consider offensive, indecent, malicious or unrelated to the purpose of these forums; we also remove posts that seek to criticize or promote third party or competitor products or services.

These Forums are available for your use on this Web site subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this document. By accessing the Forums contained herein, you agree to the Terms of Use.


Modifications

Forum Administration may modify these Terms of Use any time and such modifications will be binding on you when published on our web site.


Terms of Use

By participating in the Forums, you agree not to:

· post any material that is knowingly false, misleading or inaccurate, or offensive

· post any material that violates or infringes anyone's intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, publicity rights) or that is obscene, defamatory, racist, violent, harassing, profane or otherwise objectionable.

· use the discussions on the Forums for purposes of sharing or distributing viruses, licenses, registration information, software keys or other information designed to do harm to or allow unlawful access to any computer hardware, software, networks, or any other systems

· post advertisements, chain letters, junk email or bulk communications

· use Forum’s domain name as a pseudonymous return email address for any communications that you transmit from another location or through another service.

· forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin

· use the Forums to upload, post or otherwise transmit any content that you do not have a right to transmit to the public under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary or confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements)

· upload, post or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment

· act in any manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges

· violate any applicable law

· post anyone else's identifying information


Content of Information

You are responsible for the information or material you put on the Forum. Forum administration is not responsible for contents that become available on the Forum. The postings express the views of the author, not necessarily the views of Forum administration. Hence, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message.

If you feel that a message is objectionable you can contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. Forum administration may also terminate access for content providers if found repeatedly posting offensive content. This is a manual process, however, so we may not be able to remove or edit such messages immediately.

IN NO EVENT WILL FORUMPK BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES RELATING TO LOST REVENUES OR PROFITS, LOST DATA, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION) RESULTING FROM OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF ANY MATERIALS POSTED ON OR MADE AVAILABLE IN THE FORUMS OR ANY OTHER WEB SITE TO WHICH A LINK IS PROVIDED, EVEN IF FORUMPK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED.

1. make sure before u posting mess that you r posting in right area other wise your message will be delete

2. Try not to make posts that are inflammatory just to annoy people.

3. Respect other you are not allowed post otherz phone number ,picture or others address on site

4. This is a family oriented forum so use decent language; this should always be kept in mind while selecting words and gestures to express yourself.

5. any useless thread or post will be delete so try to stick to topics

6. No commercial posts or flooding the forum with useless content. Flooding is waste of space and time so please reply with conservative remarks.

7. Make sure the topic you will post is not repeated

8. Do not raise old topics, that exceeds one month after its last reply Any member raises old topics his/her replies will be automatically deleted

9.Respect the Mods: The moderators are here to keep the forums safe Please do not harass or intentionally annoy the mods. if any complain against moderator send a PM To admin

10. If there is any note about the forum's forumpk do not hesitate to report the administration

11. If you found bearking any of rules your account will be delete with 1 warning ....

12. All signatures should not exceed the following size limits 350 pixels wide, 200 pixels other wise signature will be deleted.

13. If members have any complains against any member PM Admin/ Mod instead of GIving comments in Threads.

14. Personal comments on any member not allowed. Directly / INdirectly.

15. Those Members thinks forum threads are old and nothing new over here... Then post some new stuff yourself.. Don't make fun of any 1.

16. members should co operate wid administration.

17. person who votes should post his name within 48 hours. Otherwise his/her vote will b canceled. (this point applies in every polling.. )

18. Don't use forum user name in any Voting Poll.

19. Don't use admin/Moderators name in any Voting Poll.

20. DIscuss About Polling options is allowed in thread. Otherwise Post willl be deleted.

21. Thread more than 45 days with no reply will Closed Automatically.

22. General Disscussion will be use only for Disscussion. Don't Disscus off topic ( A*dult COntent not allowed).

23. PIcture & Video Gallery.. nude or Half nude stuff is not allowed. Otherwise member will be ban without warning.

24. Try to create synergy among each other as you do in your family relationship to feel like living in a family on this forum.

25. We have a big collection of SMS.. in our SMS SECTIon.if any member want to post sms post all sms in 1 thread. don't create new threads for just 1 or 2 sms. Other wise Threads will be merged.
