For Reduce the spamming on forum i can change the criteria of title. New criteria is listed blow .

Senior Member 250
Senior & Important Member 500
VIP member 750

*** VIP 1500
** VIP ** 1750
Custom title 2000

How To set Custom Title
Then they can set a title in their:

User CP -> Edit Profile And there you see a custom title field.
