You just need to change your password of your ID and it will stop sending links to your contacts.
And in future dont give out ur pws to to any site who offers its services to let you know who blocked or deleted you etc. because it's just a scam.

sab se ziada you ki pass se link ate hain .. simply spycleans karoo apne system ki.. thats it. and stop adding external stuff in your msn.. like animated icons, and winks, bla bla

Well, the rule is, never ever give your password to a person, to a software which can remember it or to a website that doesn't hold your email or any other account. On internet you can trust ONLY your own damn self ;)
