Mozzarella Cheese{Grated)..............................1 & Half Cup
Pizza Sauce.........................1 Cup
Large Onion .............................1
Green pepper................................1

Method..........
Evenly Spread Pizza Sauce on dough.Sprinkle Half of Grated Mozzarella Cheese.Top up with K & N's Chunks,diced onnion cut green pepper and other topping of ur choice.Add Remaning Grated Mozzrella Cheese Place pizza into Oven At 220 C for about 12 Minutes.Chicken Chunks Pizza is ready for your choice.

INGREDIENTS
5 potatoes
3 eggs
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes. Drain, cool, peel and chop.
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil; cover, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and chop.
In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, eggs, celery, onion, relish, garlic salt, celery salt, mustard, pepper and mayonnaise. Mix together well and refrigerate until chilled.

homestyle Potato Chips

Crisp and delicious –

Preparation Time : 45 minutes

Cooking Time : 30 minutes


Ingredients

Potatoes , oval and non starchy 5 large

Oil to deep fry

Salt to taste

Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon


Method


Peel and soak potatoes in water for fifteen minutes.

Slice them using a slicer. You can make plain slices or latticed slices by using the proper blades.

Soak these slices in chilled water for fifteen minutes. Drain them thoroughly.

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. When the oil is very hot gently slide in a few slices and deep fry.

Mix salt in a little water. When the potatoes are almost done sprinkle a little salt water carefully and stir.

Drain the potato chips and place them on an absorbent paper so that excess oil is absorbed.

You can sprinkle a little red chilli powder if you wish.

Serve immediately or cool and store in an airtight container.

Italian Cheese Omelette

Ingredients:

1 onion
1 tbsp milk
1 tomato, chopped
1 potato, boiled and cut into cubes
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 egg
2–3 green chillies
1–2 cheese slices
Salt to taste
Oil for frying



Method:

Heat oil in a pan, fry onions and add vegetables.
Fry till tender. Beat eggs and add salt, pepper and milk.
Pour the egg mixture in a pan containing vegetables and spread evenly.
Sprinkle chopped cheese slices on the omelette and cook for two minutes.
Turn over to cook the other side. Fold and serve hot.

1 whole (800 grams) chicken
2 teaspoons Kashmiri red chilli powder
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons ginger paste
2 tablespoons garlic paste
½ teaspoon garam masala powder
2 tablespoons olive oil + to baste
½ teaspoon chaat masala
Onion rings and lemon wedges, to garnish


METHOD


1. Make incisions with a sharp knife on the chicken ******, legs and thighs.

2. Apply a mixture one teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder, one tablespoon lemon juice and salt over the chicken and set aside for half an hour.

3. For the marinade, tie up yogurt in a piece of muslin and hang over a bowl for fifteen to twenty minutes. Remove the thick yogurt into a bowl. Add the remaining Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, remaining lemon juice, garam masala powder and two tablespoons olive oil.

4. Rub this mixture over the chicken and marinate for three to four hours in a refrigerator.

5. Thread the chicken onto a skewer and cook in a moderately hot tandoor or in a preheated oven at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for ten to twelve minutes, or until almost done. Baste chicken with a little oil and cook for another four minutes. Remove and set aside.

6. Sprinkle chaat masala powder and serve with onion rings and lemon wedges.
