* ONLY two recipes will be posted by each team per week
* Best recipe will be decided by the judges panel

Pomegranate Refresh

Prep Time: 3-5 minutes
Serves 2.

Ingredients
6 black seedless grapes
1/2 pomegranate (to provide 15ml juice with seeds)
60ml pink grapefruit juice
crushed ice

Instructions
Crush grapes to a pulp, retaining the skin.
Add pomegranate and pink grapefruit juice.
Stir with crushed ice.
In a blender, combine all of the ingrediants and crushed ice. Blend until slushy. Pour into glasses and serve.

Pear Peach Apple Lime Refreshing Juice Recipe

3 pears
2 peaches (remove the pits)
1 apple
1/2 lime (peel if it not organic)

Process the pears, peaches, apple and lime. Pour into a chilled glass, stir well to mix and enjoy!

Take half kg FALSAY
crush them.
FAALSON ko thori dair k liye paani may bhigodain.
Jab faalsay phool jayain to un ko kisi thin kapray may daal ker press kerain & us ka juice nikal lain.

Carry ko achi tarhan pakayain.
then us k chilkay utaar ker us ki ghutli alag kerlain.
& us ko crush kerain.
then add some water & Sugar in it.
