First Chinese Chawal nida ishtyle.

Take 250 Gm Spring Onion. Fry in oil. With a pinch of salt and chinese salt.

Add 250 gm Qeema (minced meat or beef). Add another pinch of salt and aginomoto (chinese salt).

Beat 4 eggs. Add another pich of salt and aginomoto in the mix.

Boil 2 cups Rice.
Add the mixture in rice and mix.
