INGREDIENT

2 1/2 cups of Pineapple (crushed)
3 tbsp. of All-Purpose Flour (Maida)
3 Eggs
A pinch of Salt
2 tbsp. of Sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. of Lemon Juice
1 1/2 tbsp. of Butter (melted)

DIRECTION :-

1) Beat the eggs until light; stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a buttered baking dish and bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes, or until the consistency of rice pudding
