Sweet and Sour...You will need:
Boneless chicken-1/2 KG in small cubes
Small size onions-2...(seprate the scallops (layers) and cut them in halves)
Green Crispy Capsicums-2
Fresh Red Tomatoes-2
Ketchup-2 cups
Salt-1/2 teaspoon
Fresly grounded Black Pepper-1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder-1/2 teaspoon
Vineger-3 Tablespoons
Oil-1/4 cup.
Garlic Paste-3 table spoons
To prepare:
Wash and Cut Capsicums-Onions and tomatoes in small square shapes.
1.Take a Big bowl and pour two cups of ketchup and 1/2 cup of water in it-add salt vineger-red chilli and keep it on one side.
2.Heat up ur pan and fry Garlic Paste till it gives u super garlic smell and turns light brown.
3.Fry chicken cubes for 8 mins on medium flames...They will also turn golden brown.
4.Add Onion in the chicken and fry it for 3 mins on high Flame
5.Similarly Add Capsicums and Fry for 3 mins on High Flame
6.Now add The Ketchup Mixture and cook for 5 mins on low flame.
7.Add tomatoes-mix everything well and cover the pan for 3 mins....
Sweet and Sour is Ready....
Egg Fried Rice.. You'll need.....
Rice-2cups (boiled and drained)
Eggs-3 (beaten well with pinch of salt and black pepper powder)
Carrots-2 (small and thin slices)
Spring Onions-1 cup (green part only finely chopped)
Oil-1/4 cup
Garlic PASTE-2 Table spoons
Salt-1/2 spoon
Black Pepper-One tiny pinch.
Note: for Preparing Rice.. Medium Flames ONLY.
To Prepare:
1.Heat up the oil and fry Garlic Paste till golden brown.
2.Fry Carrots for 2 mins.
3.Add beaten Eggs and fry them too....
4.Now when the Eggs mixture is fried well...Add Rice.
5.Mix them really well and Add spring onions-sprinkle some black pepper and Few drops of Soya Sauce...Cover them for 2 mins....Delicious Egg Fried Rice is Ready!!
