Potato Cheese Pancakes
Potato Cheese Pancakes


Preparation Time : 5-8 minutes
Cooking Time : less than 10 minutes
Serves / Makes : 4 persons


Ingredients
1.2 large potatoes peeled &grated 2.1 small
onion chopped 3.2oz cheddar cheese grated 4.2
eggs beaten 5 salt &pepper to taste 6.vegetable
oil for frying.

Method
1.rinsethe grated potatoes &dry them on a
towel.2.mix with onion,cheese, beaten eggs
&season to taste 2.heat the oil in a pan&frythe
mixturein large spoon fullsabout 4 inches in
diameter for 5 minutes ,so thhat the potaoes are
cooked. 3. serve hot with chutney or tomato
sauce.
