yummyyyyyy.................... chocolate cookies:)
Chocolate Chip cookies


Ingredients:
A:
1 C brown sugar
3 Tbl sp. Granulated sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. Vanilla extracts
B:
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 ¾ C flour
1 ½ tsp instant coffee powder
1 C semi sweet chocolate chips or plain milk chocolate broken into small pieces

Method:
1. Cream the butter with the sugars until fluffy.
2. Beat in the egg and vanilla essence. Combine the dry ingredients (B ingredients).
3. Stir in the chocolate chips.
4. Drop by large spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees (gas mark 4) for 8-10 minutes or 10-12 minutes for crispier cookies.
5. Makes 10-15 large cookies.


Coco powder can also be added for a more chocolaty taste
