Say "YA RASOOLALLAH" (Sallallahoalyhewasallam)
Once I was studying Holy Quran with it's translation and commentary, I found that whole Holy Quran which revealed on Holy Prophet (Sallallahoalyhewasallam) is actually praised by Allah Subhanohoo to His Holy Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahoalyhewasallam), this all indicates that if we recite "YA RASOOLALLAH", Allah be pleased with us, so why don't we start to recite "YA RASOOLALLAH".(Sallallahoalyhewasallam),
I have idea that few of our members do not like to recite "YA" before "RASOOLALLAH" because in their verdicts it is "Shirk", but my brother please note that in Holy Quran we recite "Ya Seen" which is also a name of Holy Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahoalyhewasallam), then why people do not object on it, so do not discuss on it here, because it is only to please Allah Taala, So Say "YA RASOOLALLAH" (Sallallahoalyhewasallam)

the meaning of YA according to Arabic language
AssalamuAlaikum
MY brother regarding your topic i want to share something and hope that you will try to understand this matter with open heart according to Quran and Sunnah rather to only emotions.. Dear you Said that in Quran there is a name .. Ya-Seen.. first of all Yaseen is only one word not two as you break up and yaseen also a name not only Seen and the meanings only Allah knows.. 2ndly if i acpt yr logic then you forget to mention that when quran was revealing the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was Alive.. and for Alive person according to Arabic language and trend you can use YA... which mean a person just in front of you or listning and replying to you .. if you travel through out Arab world you will notice the actual meaning of YA which is surely use for a person who is in front of you Alive and replying to you In case of Prophet(peace be upon him) May be we can use YA but not in that sense that he is in front of us and listening and replying to us at a same time.. (for Example a person from US , Canada, Europe, and ASIA call YA Rasool Allah same time ) so according to your logics and belief Rasool supposed to listen and answer all the person in different continents .. so my dear this is only the Quality of Allah All Mighty who is Hazir and Nazir who can only listen and reply infinite number of peoples at a same time and reply them. but in case of Prophet surely it is not like this niether Prophet(peace be upon him) claimed.. as he said in a Hadith Summary "when a person recite Durood on me in front of my grave i listen and reply my self but when a person recite in other places of the world so Allah All mighty given duty to some angles who listen from them and then pass to me " So inshort if you are using the word YA- with a concept of HAZIR and NAZIR so surely it is a SHIRK this quality is only for Allah All Mighty.. so kindly try to understand the concept rather to adopt emotions and spread wrong preaching of Islam. wasalam |

mera bhia aap ki baat ko sun kar acha laga per ya tasur mila ka aap sahayd ya samajh raha ha ka ma Quran per tu belief karta ho per Hadith per nahi NaaAaaoozubillah.. aisa nahi hai Alhumdullilah ma Allah ki kitab and Allah ka nabi SAW ki hadith per yaken rakhta ho jabhi ma na ap ko hadith ka refernce bhi diya per aap ko baat samajh aae nahi aaur aap baat ko kisi aur taraf hi le gae.. kher meri arz thori lambi hai umeed hia aap puri parha ga ka imaan ka liya ya time bhi kum hia baat shru hoi thi Ya-Rasool Allah sai lakin kuch aur baatain nikli jinka jawab dena munasib samjhta ho aap na likha SHIRK ka bara ma ka Shirk kehta hia Allah ki zaat ma kisi ko shareek karna?? ma batata chalo Shirk us ko kehta hia ka koi Allah ki zaat ya uski Sifaat ma kisi ko shareek kara ya uska barabar ya hissadaar tasawur kara woh shirk hoga jisko Allah na apna Quran aur Allah ka nabi na Apni hadith sai buhat achi tarah samjhaya hia doosri umat aur ambia ki misal dekar Example: Allah farmata hia quran ma " ka aur Gaeb ka khazany Allah hi ka paas hia aur koi nahi janta" isi tarah buhat sai maqamat per farmaya " ka Allah ka siwa koi gaeb ka ilm nahi rakhta" yaha tuk ka apna nabi sai kehalwaya " ma tum sai ya nahi kehta ka mera pas gaeb ka khazanay hia ya ma apna nafa ya nuksaan ka malik ho meri taraf tu bus jo WAHI ki jati hai ma woh pohuncha deta ho " mera bhia ya hai Allah ka QURAN and Allah ka nabi na apni sunnat aur hadith sai buhat clear kardia aur zahir hai Hadith and Quran ma conflict ho hi nahi sakta . per agar koi shaks aab kaha ka Allah ka nabi ko gaeb ka ilm tha tu zahir hia usna Allah ki sifaat ma shirk kiya aur uski ya baat Quran sai conflict kar gae.. aur Quran ki aik aayat ka inkaar ya pura quran ka inkaar Islam sai kharij kar deta hia... ya tu tha sifat ma shirk aab aap na kaha Nabi aam insaan nahi hota.. bulka aap ka concept batata hia ka nabi insaan hi nahi hota..woh tu NOOR Hia... ma aap ko batata chalo Allah na Quran ma baar baar is cheez ko bhi wazay kia kyu ka woh Aalim ul gaeb hai aur woh janata hai ka aana wala dor ma kiya fitna hona wala hia tu usna apna nabi sai hi kehalwa diya ka woh basahr hai aab agar koi Quran ki aayat ka samnay apni aqul larana shru karda tu us sai bara Jahil koi nahi hoga ka usko quran ki aayat kafi nahi lagi. Quote:
Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Book 23: Funerals (Al-Janaa'iz) Volume 2, Book 23, Number 422: Narrated Anas: The Prophet said, "When a human being is laid in his grave and his companions return and he even hears their foot steps, two angels come to him and make him sit and ask him: What did you use to say about this man, Muhammad ? He will say: I testify that he is Allah's slave and His Apostle. Then it will be said to him, 'Look at your place in the Hell-Fire. Allah has given you a place in Paradise instead of it.' " The Prophet added, "The dead person will see both his places. But a non-believer or a hypocrite will say to the angels, 'I do not know, but I used to say what the people used to say! It will be said to him, 'Neither did you know nor did you take the guidance (by reciting the Quran).' Then he will be hit with an iron hammer between his two ears, and he will cry and that cry will be heard by whatever approaches him except human beings and jinns." Volume 2, Book 23, Number 456: Narrated Anas bin Malik: Allah's Apostle said, "When (Allah's) slave is put in his grave and his companions return and he even hears their footsteps, two angels come to him and make him sit and ask, 'What did you use to say about this man (i.e. Muhammad)?' The faithful Believer will say, 'I testify that he is Allah's slave and His Apostle.' Then they will say to him, 'Look at your place in the Hell Fire; Allah has given you a place in Paradise instead of it.' So he will see both his places." (Qatada said, "We were informed that his grave would be made spacious." Then Qatada went back to the narration of Anas who said;) Whereas a hypocrite or a non-believer will be asked, "What did you use to say about this man." He will reply, "I do not know; but I used to say what the people used to say." So they will say to him, "Neither did you know nor did you take the guidance (by reciting the Quran)." Then he will be hit with iron hammers once, that he will send such a cry as everything near to him will hear, except Jinns and human beings. (See Hadith No. 422).

Holy Quran is for all time, if Allah ones order than it is fard for all to obey all time, therefore when He orders to pray five times daily in given time, pay zakat ones in a year and offer Hajj ones in a life and keep fasts in every Ramdhan, so Allah's orders never changed and if it is in quran means it is fard. Like the above the following verses are also forever, means for beg forgiveness of Allah we must approach Holy Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahotaalalayhewasallam), first read what Allah says: SURAH AL-NISA-4 Madina. 24 Sections. 176 Verses. THE WOMAN Allah in the name of the Most Affectionate the Merciful. SECTION: 9 64. And We have not sent any messenger, but that he should be obeyed by Allah's will. And if when they do injustice unto their souls, then O beloved! They should come to you and then beg forgiveness of Allah and the messenger should intercede for them then surely, they would find Allah Most Relenting, Merciful. (Therefore we in believe that Holy Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahotaalalayhewasallam) is alive, and He hears and knows each and everything of His Ummah) (We all in believe that Holy Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahotaalalayhewasallam) arrived in this world as Human to teach His Ummah from His chilhood to 40 years before revealed of Holy Quran then 23 years as Massenger, there after He departed to His eternal place) (Look Allah has said in Holy Quran "and have sent Him", and who should be sent? who is already present before Him.) SURAH AL MOZAMMIL-73 Mecca. 2 Sections. 20 Verses. SECTION: 1 The Enwrapped One Allah in the name of the Most Affectionate, the Merciful. 1. O the enwrapped one! SURAH AL-MUDATHTHIR-74 Mecca. 2 Sections. 56 verses. The Mantled One SECTION: 1 Allah in the name of the Most Affectionate, the Merciful 1.O the mantled (a coverlet) one; Holy Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahotaalalayhewasallam) was present when elephant incident was happend, read the following verses, the incident was occurred 40 days before the arrival of Holy Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahotaalalayhewasallam) SURAH AL-FIL-105 Mecca. 1 Section. 5 Verses. The Elephant Allah in the name of the Most Affectionate, the Merciful. 1. O beloved! Have you not seen how your Lord dealt with the men of the Elephant? Holy Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahotaalalayhewasallam) is diffrent from other human being, read the following verses: SURAH AL-INSHIRAH-94 Mecca. 1 Section. 8 Verses. The Expansion Allah in the name of the Most Affectionate, the Merciful. 1. Have We not expanded your B R E A S T? 2. And removed from you, your burden, I hope the above verses now sufficient for one who is in believe of positive approach.

Abdullah-bin-Masud(ra) frmatay hain : "Rasool-Allah (saw) ne mujhay Tashhud sikhaaya ... "Attehyaatu lillahe wassalawaatu watayibatu aslaamulaika ayuha-nabiyo ... ". Aap(saw) us waqt hayaat thay. Jab aap ki wafaat ho gayee to ham is tarha pehanay lagay "Asslaamu ala-nabiya" yani Nabi(saw) per salaam ho" [Sahih Bukhari : 6265] Is Hadeeth se saabit ho jaata hai k Sahaaba-e-karaam bhi Nabi(saw) ko Hazir-o-Nazir nahin jaantay thay. Laikin Namaaz ko usi tarha parha jaay ga jis tarha Nabi ne Bataya. "Aur namaaz usi tarha parho jis tarha mujhay parhtay dekhto ho" [Sahih Bukhari : 6008] Quote:

BISMI ALLAHI ALRRAHMANI ALRRAHEEMI Maire post ko ghoor se aur baar baar perheyay ga takay masla wazeh ho jayay. Mein bayan ker daita hoon, agay aap per hai k aap mantay ho ya nahein mantay. Aur aap ne mairay baray mein kaha k mein maanoon ga nahein kiunki ye aap ka tajarba hai, to bhai aisi koi baat nahein hai, mein InshAllaah manoon ga, magar aap ki baat nae balkay Allaah aur Uss k Rasool (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) ki baat manoon ga. Issi liay aap se kehta hoon k hawala dein, to mein mananay ko tayyar hoon.
Quote:
“kia kaafiron ne nahein daikha k bay-shak aasmaan aur zameen baaham milay huay thay, phir Hum ne un donoon ko alag alag ker dia, aur Hum nay paani se har zinda shay banae, kia phir wo emaan nahein laatay?” [Surah Anbiya, 21:30] Kia jis tarha aap k mutabik Hazoor (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) uss waqt wahan mojood thay, to usi tarha ye kafir bhi uss waqt wahan mojood thay jab Allah ne aasmaan aur zameen ko alag alag kia tha?
Quote:
Bhai jab insaan iss daar-e-faani say apna waqt-e-muqarrar khatam ker k qabar ki aaghoosh mein pohanchata hai to uss se Munkr-e-Nakir jo sawalat kertay hein un mein se aik sawal Nabi (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) k mutallik bho hota hai, kaha jata hai: “tu iss mard k mutallik kia kehta hai?” agar aadmi eemaan-daar ho to uss ka sahih jawab daita hai aur agar kafir ho to kehta hai: “mein nahein janta.” Laikin mairay bhai kisi sahih hadith mein ye mazkoor nahein k aap (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) khud tashreef laatay hein ya Aap (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) ki soorat wahan paish ki jati hai jisay daikh ker aur ishaara ker k farishtay kehtay hoon: “tu iss mard k mutallik kia kehta hai”. Mulla Qari (rahimahullaah) ne mishkaat ki sharah mirqat mein likha hai: “kaha gaya hai k mayyat k liay parda hata dia jata hai yahan tak k wo Nabi (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) ko daikhata hai. Agar ye baat sahih ho to momin k liay bari azeem khush-khabri hai (k wo Rasool Allah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) ki ziyarat ker laita hai) laikin hum nahein jantay k koi sahih hadith iss baray mein marwi hai.” [Mirqat Sharah Mishkaat, 1\24] Imam jalaal-ud-deen suyuti (rahimahullaah) raqamtaraz hein: “hafiz ibn-e-hajar asqalani (rahimahullaah) se sawal kiya gaya: ‘kia mayyat k liay parda hata diya jata hai hatta k wo Nabi Kareem (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) ko daikhata hai?’ to unhon ne jawab diya: ‘ye baat k mayyat k liay parda hata diya jata hai aur wo Rasool Allah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) ko daikhata hai, kisi hadith mein marwi nahein. Baaz logon ne ghair-mustanad baton se istadlaal kiya hai jo qabil-e-hujjat nahein siwayay iss qool ‘haaza rrajul’ k aur iss mein iss k mutallik koi daleel nahein. Iss liay k haaza ism-e-ishaara yahan zehan k liay hai.” [Sharah Sadoor, 60 ‘ Marqah, 1\340] Haaza ism-e-ishaara se istadlaal durust nahein kiunki hazoor 2 qisam ka hota hai. Aik hazoor zehni (tasawwurati) aur doosra hazoor shakhsi, yahan hazoor zehni murad hai shakhsi nahein. [mirqat al-mfateh, 1\340] Iss k ilawa Quran mein kutub-e-ahadeeth mein aisi kae misalein mojod hein k haaza ism-e-ishaara ko ba’eed k manoon mein istimal kia gaya hai aur ye zaroori nahein k jis ki taraf haaza ka ishaara ho wo paas hi mojood ho. Quran mein mazkoor hai k farishtay jab Hazrat Luut (‘alaihissalaam) ki qoom ko halaak kernay k liay tashreef layay to pehlay Hazrat Ebrahim (‘alaihissalaam) k paas hazir huay. Unhoon ne aamad ka sabab daryaaft kiya to wahan farishton ne jawab diya: “hum (haazeh) iss basti k bashindon ko halaak kernay walay hein kiunki ye zalim hein.” [Surah Ankabut, 29:31] Luut (‘alaihissalaam) sadoom aur Ebrahim (‘alaihissalaam) falasteen mein thay. Basti sadoom paas mojood nahein thi laikin farishtay ‘haaza’ ka ishaara ker k kehtay hein kiunki sadoom Ebrahim (‘alaihissalaam) aur farishton k zehan mein tha. Isi tarha sahih bukhari mein hai k harqul nai bait-ul-muqaddas mein jab Hazrat Abu Sufyaan (may Allah be pleased with him) se Rasool (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) k mutalik pocha gya to kaha: “tum mein se (bi-haaza) iss aadmi k nisbi lihaaz se koon ziada qareeb hai.” [Sahih Bukhari, Hadith#7] Issi rawayat mein ye bhi mojood he: “mein Abu Sufyaan (may Allah be pleased with him) se iss shakhs (yani Mohammed (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) k) haalaat poochta hoon” muraad ye hai k jab bait-al-muqaddas mein Rasool Allah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) k mutallik guftagu hue to Aap (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) k liay ‘haaza’ ka lafz istimal kia gaya. Issi tarha sulah hudaibiya mein Badil Bin Wrqaa’ mushrikeen-e-makkah ki taraf se sharait sulah nama tay kernay k liay safer bun ker aya aur guftagu ker k wapis makkah pohancha to us ne kaha: “hum tumharay paas (haaza) iss aadmi se hoo ker aayay hein.” [Masnad Ahmed, Hadith#18166, (Mubashar Ahmed Rabbani)] Hazrat AbuZar Ghaffari (may Allah be pleased with him) ne jab Aap (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) ki nabuwwat ka charcha suna to tehqeeq-e-haal k liay apnay bhai ko bhaija aur kaha: “tu (haaza) ii ski taraf sawar ho aur mujhay (haaza) iss aadmi k baray mein malumaat faraham ker.” [Sahih Bukhari, Kitaab Al-Mnaqib, Hadith#3861] Iss qisam ki kae misaalein kutub-e-ahadeeth mein mojood hein k haaza ism-e-ishaara ko ba’eed aur hazoor-e-zehni k liay istimaal kia gaya he. Issi tarha jo qabar mein Rasool Akram (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) k mutallik sawal kia jata he aur uss mein lafz haaza musta’mmil he wo bhi hazoor-e-zehni k liay he jaisa k uuper hafiz ibn-e-hajar asqalaani (rahimahullaah) k hawalay se guzar chukka. Aur Allah sab se behtar janta he, Alhamdulillah.
Quote:
“aur jitni makhlooq aasmaanon aur zameen mein hein khushi aur na-khushi se Allah k aagay sajda kerti he aur un k saayay bhi subh-o-shaam sajda kertay hein.” [Surah Raad, 13:15] Aik aur maqaam per farmaya: “kia unhoon ne Alllah ki makhluqaat mein say kisi ko bhi nahein daikha k uss k saayay dayein aur bayein se lot-tay hein. Yani Allah k aagay aajiz ho ker sar-basajood hotay hein.” [Surah Nahl, 16:48] In donoon aayat se maloom hota hai k zameen-o-asmaan mein Allah ne jitni makhlooq paida ki hai un ka saaya bhi hai aur Rasool Allah bhi to Allah ki makhlooq hein lihaaza Aap (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) ka bhi saaya tha. Aap (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) k saayay k mutallik kae ahadeeth mojood hein: Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) farmatay hein k aik raat Nabi Kareem (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) nay humein namaaz perhae aur namaz ki haalat mein apna haath achanak aagay berhaya magar phir jald hi peechay hata lia. Hum ne arz kia: “aay Allah k Rasool! aaj Aap (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) ne khilaaf-e-ma’muul namaz mein aik naya amal kiya hai.” Aap (sallalahu ‘alaihi wasallam) ne farmaya: “nahein, balkay baat ye hai k mairay samnay abhi abhi jannat paish ki gae, maine uss mein behtareen phal daikhay to ji mein aaya k uss mein se kuch uchak loon magar foorun hukam mila k peechay hat jao, mein peechay hat gaya phir mujh per jahannum paish ki gae “us ski roshni mein maine apna aur tumhara saaya daikha” daikhata hi maine tumhari taraf ishaara kiya k peechay hat jao.” [Mustadrik Hakim, 4\456 (Mubashar Ahmed Rabbani)] Aik hadith mein hai: “Hazrat Zainab aur Hazrat Safya (may Allah be please with them) aik safar mein Rasool Allah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) k saath thein, safya (may Allah be pleased with her) k paas aik oont tha aur wo bemaar ho gaya jab-k zainab (may Allah be pleased with her) k paas 2 oont thay. Rasool Allah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) ne farmaya: “tum aik zayid oont safya (may Allah be pleased with her) ko dai do.” To unhoon ne kaha: “mein uss yahoodia ko kiun doon?” iss per Rasool Allah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) naraaz ho gayay. Takreebun 3 mah tak zainab k paas na gayay hatta k zainab mayoos ho ker apna samaan bandh liya. Hazrat Zainab (may Allah be pleased with her) farmati hein: “achanak daikhati hoon k dopahar k waqt Nabi Kareem (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) ka saaya aa raha hai.” [Masnad Ahmed, 6\132 ‘ Tabqaat-ul-Tubra, 8\127 ‘ Majma’-ul-Tawaid, 4\323 (Mubashar Ahmed Rabbani)] la-mahala Aap (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) k saaya tha. Agar jism-e-atthar ka saaya-e-mubarak na tha to kia jab Aap (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) libaas pehantay thay to aap k malbosaat ka bhi saaya na tha. Agar wo kapray itnay lateef thay k un ka saaya na tha to phir un k pehananay se satar waghaira ki hifazat kaisay mumkin ho gi? Lihaaza in aqli aur naqli dalail k khilaaf ye bay-aqli ki aur bay-sanad batein fil-haqeeqat kuch haisiyat nahein rakhtein. Aur Allah sab se behtar jaanta hai, Alhamdulillah. Hazoor (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) noor thay ya basher iss k baray mein to Allah ne Quran hi mein wazahat ker di jaisa k janab ‘geoku’ ne bohat piyaray andaz mein bayan ker dia. To aap kahan se dalail layein gay? Khair agar phir bhi aap ko koi daleel milti he to mujhay uss se zaroor aagah ker dijeyay ga aur ‘geoku’ bhai ne jo ayat paish ki hein un ko samjha bhi dijeyay ga, InshAllaah mein apni islaah ker loon ga. Magar ahtiyaat kijeyay ga k ahadeeth maqbool hoon mardood nahein. Aisa na honay payay k aglay dil mein un ki asnaad ki tehqeeq aap ko paish ker raha hoon. Lihaza ap tehqeeq ker k ahadith naqal kijeyay ga takay aap per mujhay eetibaar rahay k Mohammed Saleem bhai maqbool ahadith hi paish kertay hein. Allah humein seedhay raastay per chalnay ki tofeeq ata farmayay, aameen.

The Holy Prophet (sallal Laahu Alaihi Wasallam) Is Noor
THE HOLY PROPHET (SALLAL LAAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM) IS NOOR
We are living in a world of uncertainty and misconceptions. Man is beginning to question the very roots of his beliefs about Allah Almighty and the Holy Prophet Sall Allahu alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallim, to create doubt in the minds of the simple and un suspecting Muslims. Here is proof from QUR'AN, Ahadith-e-Nabawi (Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam), Sayings of Sahab-e-Kiram and from the writings of great and authentic scholars of Islam which show beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Messenger of Allah Sall Allahu alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallim is NOOR. Tere Nasle Paak me he bacha bacha Noor ka Too he Aine Noor tera sub gharana Noor ka The Aqida of the Ahle Sunnat Wa Jama'at is that Rasool (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) is Nur (Light) and human. The being and existence of the Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) is even before that of humans but when he came into this world he came in the garb of a human. It should be noted that originality does not change by the changing of a garb. Just as Hadrat Jibraeel Ameen (Alaihis Salaam) is Nur but when He used to go before Hadrat Maryam (Alaiha Salaam) he used to be in the form of human. Concerning this Almighty Allah states in the Holy Quran: "Thus He used to appear before her in the form of a healthy (well built) man" In the Ahadith of Mishkaatul Masabih, Narration has been made by? The second khalifa of Islam Hadrat Umr Farouk (radi Allahu anhu). He states: "Once? we were in the presence of the Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam). A man came to us. The Holy Prophet Muhammad (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) asked Hadrat Umr Farouk (radi Allahu anhu), "Do you know who that person was? Hadrat Umar Farouk (Radi Allahu anhu) said, "Almighty Allah and His beloved Rasool (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) know better." The Prophet (Sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) said, "That is Jibraeel (Alaihis Salaam)." (Mishkaat - ul - Masabih - Bukhari Shareef) It is obvious that the Sahaba referred to Hadrat Jibraeel (Alaihis Salaam) as a man since they had seen him the form of a human being. Black hair, hands, legs, eyes, ears and a nose. All these are human qualities yet it is obvious that he is not human but an Angel who is nur/noor. As it is well known to the people of knowledge that in the hadith it has come many a time? about how Hadrat Jibraeel (Alaihis Salaam) came into the court of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) as a Human. On many instances he came in the form of Sahabi e Rasool Hadrat Wahia Kalbi (Radi Allahu anhu). This has also been proven by one of the so called knowledgeable persons of the wahabi jamaat : "And verily Allah has informed us that the Angels came to Hadrat Ebrahim (alaihis salaam) in the form of human and the angels appeared before Hadrat Maryam (alaiha salaam) in the exact human form and Hadrat Jibraeel (alaihis salaam) used to come before the Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) in the form of Hadrat Wahia kalbi and in the form of a villager and the people used to always see him this way." (Al Furqan bainal Awliyah ur Rahman wa shaitaan, page 41) What the HOLY BOOK (Qur'an) have to say about this subject: ALLAH Ta'aala Says in the Holy Quran: 1. "Surely, there comes from ALLAH a Light and a illuminated Book" (Al-Quran, Al-Maidah - 15) The Imam of all the Mufasireen of the Ummahe Muhammadi (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) Hadrat Abdullah ibn Abbas (radi Allahu anhu) has stated concerning the Tafseer of the ayat He states: "Surely, there comes from ALLAH a Light, refers to the Holy Prophet Muhammad (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam)." (Tafseer ibn Abbas pg 72 - Published Egypt) (More References: Sharah Shifa Shareef - page 42 Vol 1, Tafseer-e-Kabeer Vol 3 page 348, Tafseer Ibn Jareer Al-Tibri Vol2 page 161) 2. "Disbelievers desire to extinguish ALLAH's Light, with their mouths. But He will not allow that except to flourish this light, though the disbelievers do not like it" (Al-Quran, Al-Tawba - 32) 3. "O communicator of Unseen, We did not send you, but as a present and seeing, a bearer of glad tidings and a warner as one who invites people towards ALLAH, by his permission, and as a lamp spreading light" 4. "ALLAH, is the Light of Heavens and the Earth. The parable of His Light is like a Niche, within it is a lamp and that lamp is in a glass and that glass is like a brilliant star" (Al-Quran, Al-Noor - 35) All these verses of Holy Quran indicates that Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) was created from NOOR (Light) by ALLAH Ta'aala. What the Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) himself have to say about this subject: 1. Pupil of Imam Malik and the teacher of Imam Ahmed Bin Hanbal and Hafizul Hadith Abdul Razzak Abu Bakr Bin Hamman, the teacher of the teachers of Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim, in his Book "Musannaf", has narrated from Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah Ansari and his son (radi Allahu anhum), that he asked the Holy Messenger of ALLAH Ta'aala (Peace Be Upon Him) "O Prophet of Allah (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) ! My parents be sacrificed upon you, What did the Almighty Allah first create?" The Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) replied: "Allah first created my Noor (Light) of His Noor. This Noor traveled about according to the Will of Allah. At that time, there was no Heaven, Hell, Lawh (Divine Tablet), Pen, Earth, Skies, Sun, Moon, Jinn or Human Beings. When He decided to create, He divided that Noor into four parts. From one part He created the Pen, from the second, the Lawh and from the third, he made the Arsh Throne). He divided the fourth part into a further four parts. From one, He created those Angels who carry the Arsh, from the second, the Kursi (Divine Chair) and from the third, He created the Angels. He again divided the remaining parts into a further four parts. From one, He created the skies. The second was used in creating the planets. From the third, Heaven and Earth were created. Once again, He divided the fourth part into a further four parts. From one part He created the power with which the believers see. From the second, He created in the hearts of the Believers the Noor of Marifat. From the third, He created in the tongues of the Believers, Noor, so that they can read the Kalima of Tauheed". (Ref: Muwahibul Ladaniyah Shareef page 9 Vol 1 - Zirkani Shareef page 46 Vol 1 - Seerate Halbia page 37 Vol 1 - Mutali ul Musarraat Sharah Dalail Kheyraat page 610 - Afzalul Qura by Imam Ibn Hajr Makki - Hujatullahu alal Alameen page 68 - Anwaarul Muhammadiya Page 9 - Aqidatush Shuhada page 100 - Fatawa hadithia page 51, Dalaa'il-un-Nubuwwat By Imam Baihaqi, Khamees by Allama Dayar Bakri, Madarij-un-Nabuwwat by Skaikh Abdul Haq Muhaddith Dehlvi) 2. Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) said : “When my mother gave birth to me she saw a light proceeding from her which showed her the castles of Syria” (Ref: Ibn Hisham; Tafsir Ibn Kathir 4:360; Bayhaqi, Dala’il an-Nubuwwa 1:110; Haythami, Zawa’id 8:221; Ibn al-Jawzi, ‘al-Wafa’; Qadi Iyad, ‘al-Shifa’) 3. Allama Jauzi in his KITABUL WAFA narrates a hadith from Hazrat Abdullah ibn Abbas, the cousin of the Holy Prophet Sall Allahu alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallim: "Allah's Rasul had no shadow, not while standing in the sun, but the brilliance of his Noor surpassed the rays of the sun; nor while sitting before a burning light, but his luminous Noor excelled the luster of the light". 4. Imam Jalaludeen Suyuti in his KHASAAISUL KUBRA "This is also a unique feature of the Holy Prophet Sall Allahu alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallim that his shadow did not touch the ground, because he was Noor, and when he used to walk in the sunshine his shadow could not be seen". Tu Hay Saaya Noor Ka har uz'w tukra noor ka Saaiey ka saaya na hota hay na saaya noor ka 5. The Holy Prophet Muhammad (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) has stated, "The very first thing which Almighty Allah created was my Noor." (Ref: Tafseer Nashyapuri Page 55 Vol 8 - Tafseer Araa'is ul Bayaan page 238 Vol 1 - Tafseer Roohul Bayaan page 548 Vol 1 - Zirkaani Shareef page 37 Vol 1 - Madarijun Nabuiwat page 6 Vol 2 - Bayaanul Milaadun Nabi Li ibn Jauzi page 24 - Matali'ul Musarraat lil faasi - Itr ul Wirda - Tafseere Husaini - Sharah Qasida Imali). 6. Shareh Bukhari Imam Ahmad Qistalaani (radi Allahu anhu) states in his most distinguished work "Mustataab Muwahibul ladaniyah" that narration has been made by Hadrat Imam Zainul Abedeen (radi Allahu anhu) who narrates from His father Hadrat Imam Husain (radi Allahu anhu) who narrates from His father Hadrat Ali Mushkil Kusha (radi Allahu anhu) that the Holy prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) has stated," 14000 years before the creation of Hadrat Adam (Alaihis Salaam) I was a noor by my creator." (Ref: Muwahibul ladaniyah pg 10 vol 1 - Zirkani Shareef pg 49 vol 1 - Jawahirul Biharul Nibhaani page? 774 - Anwaarul Muhammadiya pg 9 - Hujjatullahi Alal Alameen - Tafseer Roohul Bayaan pg 370 vol 2). 7. Hazrat Abu Huraira (Radi ALLAH Anho) narrates "Once Holy Prophet (Peace be Upon Him) asked Jibril (Alaihissalam) about his age, Jibril Replied "I only know that after every 70,000 years a STAR appears and i have seen that STAR 72000 times, then Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) replied "I am that STAR". (Ref: Jawahirul Bihar page 886) After examining these sayings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) it is as bright and clear as the sun that the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) explained Himself being noor in a very clear manner to His Ummah. Thus those who oppose and contradict the Nooraniyat of the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam). There ways and methods are against that of the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam). What the Glorious Sahaba Ikram have to say about this subject: Now let us examine the Aqida (belief) of the Glorious Sahaba Ikram who are guiding beacons for us. 1. Renowned Muhaditheen of the Ummahe Muhammadi (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) Allamah Muhadith Baihiqi and Hadrat Allamah Yusuf Nibhaani have explained the belief of Hadrat Abu Bakr siddique (radi Allahu anhu) from one of his stanzas in praise of the Hoy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam). "Muhammad Mustapha (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) is the Honest and is the one who brings you towards good. His light takes away darkness like the full moon." (Dalail-un-Nabuiwat pg 228 vol 1 - Jawahirul Bihaar pg 96 vol 1). 2. The fourth khalifa of Islam, The true khalifa of Islam Hadrat Ali Murtuza (radi Allahu anhu) states, "When the Beloved of Allah (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) used to speak then noor could be seen emerging from between his blessed teeth." (Muwahibul Ladaniyah pg 27 vol 1 - Anwaarul Muhammadiyah page 132 - Zirkaani Shareef). 3. After gaining victory and success in Ghazwa Tabook when Rasoolullah (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) arrived in Madinatul Munawwara, Hadrat Sayyiduna Abbas (radi Allahu anhu) requested permission of the Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) to read a few stanzas in his praise then Rahmate Alam (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) said, " My dear Uncle ! Go ahead. May Almighty Allah keep your mouth well." This is what al-`Abbas ibn `Abd al-Muttalib was indicating when he said: ... Before you came to this world, you were excellent in the shadows and in the repository (i.e. loins) in the time when they (Adam and Eve) covered themselves with leaves. Then you descended through the ages... When you were born, the earth shone and the horizon was illuminated by your light. We travel in that illumination and in the light and in the paths of right guidance.” Mullah Ali al-Qari in his ‘Sharh al-Shifa’(1:364) says it is related by Abu Bakr al-Shafi`i and Tabarani, and cited by Ibn `Abd al-Barr and Ibn al-Qayyim respectively in ‘al-Isti`ab’ and ‘Huda Nabiyy Allah (Sall Allahu alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallim)’. This has been stated in distinguished works of great Muhaditheen such as Imam Jalaluddeen Suyuti, Muhadith ibn Jauzi, Allamah Ibn Hajr, Allamah Halbi, Allamah Dahlaan Makki, Allamah Nibhaani, Allamah ibn Abdul Birr, Allamah Haakim, Allamah Ibn Kathir and Allamah Sharistaani (radi Allahu Anhumul Ajmaeen). (Ref: Kitaabul Wafa pg 35 vol 1 - khasais ul kubra pg 97 vol 1 - Insaanul Uyoon page 96 vol 1 - Seeratun Nauwiya pg 37 - Jawahirul Bihaar pg 40) - Anwaarul Muhammadiyah pg 62-84 - Hujjatulahi Alal Alameen pg 222 - Muwahibul Ladaniyah pg 23 - Al Istiaab Mustadrik pg 327vol 3 - Albidaya Wan Nihaya pg 258 vol 2 - Kitaabul Mallal wan Nahal pg 240 Vol 2 - Majma'i Zawahid pg 217 vol 8 - Talkheesul Mustadrik pg 327 vol 3). 4. The blessed and distinguished Sahabi-e-Rasool Hadrat Abu Hurairah (radi Allahu anhu) states, "When the beloved Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) used to smile then the walls use to glow with his Noor." (Ref : Muwahibul Ladaniyah pg 271 vol 1 - Anwaarul Muhammadiyah pg 133 - Shifa Shareef pg 39 - Hashia Shamail Tirmizi pg 16 - Shera Shifa Mula Ali Qari, Hashia Naeemur Riyaz pg 338 vol 1 - Madarijun Nabuiwat (persian) pg 12 - Hujatullahi Alal Alameen pg 689) 5. The beloved sahabi of Huzoor Pur Noor (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) Hadrat Anas (radi Allahu Anhu states, "The day on which Huzoor (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) arrived in Madinatul Munawwara then through his noor every thing in Madinatul Munawwara became bright." (Ref : Tirmizi Shareef pg 202 vol 2 - Mishkaatul masabih pg 547 - Ibn Majah Shareef pg 119 - Tabqaate ibn Sa'ad pg 221 vol 1 - Muwahibul ladaniyah pg 68 vol 1 - Anwaarul Muhammadiyah pg 38 - Zirkaani Shareef, Seerate Halbia pg 234 vol 2 - Jawahirul Bihar pg 60 - Khasaisul Kubra pg 471 vol 1 - Madarijun Nabuiwat pg 81 vol 2 - Mustadrik pg 12 vol 3 - Talkheesul Mustadrik pg 12 vol 3) 6. Hadrat Sayyida Halima Sa'adiya (radi Allahu anha) who was the one responsible for feeding milk to the Holy Prophet (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam). The one before whom the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) used to eat and drink. Even she believed that the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) was Noor and this has been explained by Allama Muhadith Ibn Jauzi and Qazi Thanaullah Paani Pati (radi Allahu anhum) as follows: "When I used to feed milk to the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) then I never felt the need for a light in my house. Thus one day Umme Khula Sa'diya said, "O Halima ! Do you leave the fire burning for the entire night in your house? and I answered by saying, "No! I swear by Almighty Allah that I do not keep the fire burning at all. This Noor and brightness is that of Sayidduna Rasoolullah (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam). (Bayaanul Miladun Nabwi pg 54 - Tafseere Mazhari). 7. The second nurse of the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) who also fed him milk also believed that Huzoor (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) is Noor. This is obvious from one of the stanzas of the poem which she had written at the time of the Demise of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam). "And although verily you were Noor, A sun. And you used to give brightness in darkness and emptiness." (Tabqaat ibn Sa'ad pg 333 vol 2) 8. Ummul Mo'mineen, Sayyida Aisha Siddiqa (radi Allahu anha) is recorded to have said: "In total dark nights, I used to put the thread into a needle with the help of the Noor of the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam)." (Shara Shifa Bar Hashia Naseemur Riaz) 9. Imam of all the Mufasireen of the Ummahe Muhammadi (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) Hadrat Abdullah ibn Abbas (radi Allahu anhu) has stated concerning the Tafseer of the ayat: "Verily came to you from the side of Allah a Light and a bright kitaab."? He states: "Verily came towards from the side of Allah a light, refers to the Holy Prophet Muhammad (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam)." (Tafseer ibn Abbas pg 72 - Published Egypt) After examining the Ahadith quoted by the bright Sahaba-e-Ikram it is very clear and obvious that they accepted the Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) to be Noor. As for the deobandis who accept the Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) only to be human and continuously say the words human, human but yet they claim to be the Ahle Sunnah Wal Jamaat. In the light of Ahadith of Sayyiduna Rasoolullah (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) it is clear that the claim of the Deobandis that they are the Ahle Sunnah Wal Jamaat is only a hoax and a fraudulent act. The proper Ahle Sunnah Wal Jamaah are those who accept the Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) as Noor and they are the ones who are known to the Deobandis as Sunnis (Bareilvis). The Deobandis say that the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) had wives, He had children, He used to eat and drink and it is for this reason that He is not Noor (In other words He possessed all human qualities). The brain capacity and the knowledge of the Deobandis is such that? they do not accept our Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) as Noor since He had wives, children, He ate and drank etc; but the Sahaba of the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) also saw that He had wives, children etc; but still they accepted him to be Noor. What the Aunties (Paternal) of the Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) have to say about this subject: After Examining the Belief of a few distinguished Sahaba Ikram (radi Allahu anhum), let us examine the belief of the Aunties (Paternal) of the Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam): 1. Hadrat Allama Abdur Rahman Jaami (radi Allahu anhu) narrates that Sayyida Safiya the Aunty of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) states "On the eve of the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) I was present at his home. I had seen that His Noor became more powerful than the light from the lamp." (Shawaahidun Nubuiwat (Persian) pg 22) 2. After the demise of the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) Hadrat Safia (radi Allahu anha) said the following stanza due the sorrow and thought of the demise of The Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) from which one may conclude that she also accepted him as Noor. "I am weeping on the demise of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) who was really Noor." (Tabqaate ibn Sa'ad pg 329 vol 2). It is obvious from the above mentioned narrations that Hadrat Safia (radi Allahu anha) always accepted the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) to be Noor. 3. The belief of the second Aunty of the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam), Hadrat Aatika (radi Allahu anha) also said that the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) was Noor. On the demise of the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) she said the following : "Oh eyes tear and be sad. I am weeping in the loss of the Noor of the cities, Sayyiduna Rasoolullah (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam). That Mustapha (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) who is Noor. and who is filled with righteousness and Full of guidance." (Tabqaate ibn Sa'ad pages 326/327 - Published Beirut). 4. On the demise of the Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) the third aunty of the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) Sayyida Arwa (radi Allahu anhu) pointed out what she believed and which was copied by ibn Sa'ad in his book: "Oh! Muhammad (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) is Noor for all the cities. Let me have the opportunity of praising you." (Tabqaate ibn Sa'ad pg 325) After knowing the wives and children of the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) and even after watching him eat and drink, the blessed Aunties of the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) still believed that He is Noor. What the great scholars have to say about this subject: Having read the words of those who had lived with the Holy Prophet Sall Allahu alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallim and had closely watched his every action, we shall now turn to some great scholars of Islam, whose writings are considered most authentic in Islamic affairs. Pay heed to these to dispel any doubts that you may have regarding the subject. All these great scholars firmly believed that the Holy Prophet Sall Allahu alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallim is NOOR. 1. Hazrat Imam-e-Azam Abu Hanifa (radi Allahu anhu) praises the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) in the following poem: "You are that Noor that the full Moon is brightened by your Noor and you are with your beauty and elegance a shining sun." (Qasidaul Nu'maan) 2. Syyedi Abul Hasan Al-Ashari said "ALLAH Ta'ala, is NOOR, and the Soul of Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him), is the refulgence of that light. The angels are Flower of this Light". (Matale-ul-Masarrat, sharah of the Book DALAIL-UL-KHAIRAT) 3. Imam Qazi Ayaaz in his ASH-SHIFA states:" The Holy Prophet Sall Allahu alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallim did not possess a shadow in the brightness of the sun or in the moonlight, because he was Noor (light)". 4. Sharaf al-Din al-Busiri the author of the ‘Burda’ said [in another poem]: You (O Muhammad) are the light of every perfection, And no light takes its source from other than your light.” (p. 68-69) Who then can deny that Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) is not Noor (light)?

The Permissibility Of Proclaiming Ya Rasoolallah
THE PERMISSIBILITY OF PROCLAIMING YA RASOOLALLAH
"Anwaarul Intibah Fi Hallil Nidaa Ya Rasoolallah" by A`LA HAZRAT, IMAM-E-AHLE SUNNAT, ASH SHAH IMAM AHMED RAZA BAREILVI AL-QADERI (RADI ALLAHU ANHU) AN ISLAMIC JUDICIAL QUERY QUESTION: What is the ruling of the Ulama of Islam on the following matter: Zaid, who is a Muslim and believes in Almighty Allah and the Prophet hood of his beloved Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam), recites after every Salaah and at other times, the following verses: As Salaatu Was Salaamu Alaika Ya Rasoolullah - "Peace and Blessings upon you, O Messenger of Allah." Or As Alukash Shafaa`atu Ya Rasoolullah - "I seek from you Shafaa`at (Intercession), O Messenger of Allah." I ask the learned Scholars of Islam: (1) Are such calls to the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) permitted in Islam? (2) What is the ruling of the Learned Scholars concerning individuals who refer to those who call to the Prophets and Saints as Kaafirs and Mushriks? Please enlighten us on this. We pray that you enjoy the mercy of Allah on the Day of Judgement. Aameen. ANSWER: Alhamudullilahi wa Kafaa Was Salaatu Was Salaamu alaa Habeebihil Mustafa wa Aalihi Wa Ashaabihi Oolis Sidqi Was Safaa The utterance of the above words are indeed permitted and no person other than those who are misled would argue with it. For reference on this matter, we shall consult the following great Jurists of Islam and their books:- A. "Shifa-us-Siqaam", by Imaam Taqi`udeen Abul Hasan Subki (radi Allahu anhu), B. "Mawaahibbe Ladunnia", by Imaam Ahmed Qastalaani (radi Allahu anhu), being the Sharah (Commentary) of Sahih-ul-Bukhari, C. "Sharah of the Muwaahibbe Laddunnia", by Allama Zarqaani (radi Allahu anhu), D. "Mutaali-ul-Mussarraat" by Imaam Allama Faasi (radi Allahu anhu), E. "Sharah of Mishkaat", by Allama Mulla Ali Qaari (radi Allahu anhu), F . "Ashatul Lamaat", including the books, "Jazbul Quloob" and "Madaarijun Nubuwat", by Shaikh Muhaqqiq Allama Abdul Haq Muhaddis Dehlwi (radi Allahu anhu), G. "Afdalul Qur`a", which is the "Sharah of Ummul Qur`a" by Imaam ibn Hajar Makki (radi Allahu anhu). I will now quote a Hadith, proving that it is permissible to utter the above mentioned words. This Hadith has been certified authentic by the following great Scholars of Islam:- A. Imaam Nisaai (radi Allahu anhu),B. Imaam Tirmidhi (radi Allahu anhu), C. Imaam ibn Maaja (radi Allahu anhu), D. Imaam Haakim (radi Allahu anhu), E. Imaam Baihaqi (radi Allahu anhu), F. Imaam ibn Hazeema (radi Allahu anhu), G. Imaam Abul Qasim Tabraani (radi Allahu anhu), H. Imaam Manzari (radi Allahu anhu), I. Imaam Muslim (radi Allahu anhu), J. Imaam Bukhari (radi Allahu anhu). (1) All the above mentioned Scholars of Ahadith, narrate on the authority of Hazrat Uthman bin Haneef (radi Allahu anhu), that a Sahabi who was blind by birth was taught a special Du`a by the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam), which he was to recite after every Salaah. The Du`a is as follows: Allahumma Inni As Aluka Wa Ata Wajjahu Ilaika Binabiyika Muhammadin Nabiyyir rahmati Ya Muhammadu Inni Ata Wajjahu Bika ila Rabbi Fi Haajati haazihi lituqda li. Allahumma Fashaf`fi`u Fiya. "O Allah, I ask from you, and turn towards you through the Wasila (Medium) of Your Nabi Muhammad (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam), who is indeed a Prophet of Mercy. O Muhammad, with your Wasila (Medium) I turn towards Allah for my need so that it may be bestowed. O Allah, accept the Prophet`s intercession for me." (2) Imaam Tabraani (radi Allahu anhu), in his "Muhjam" records the following incident: A person in dire need visited Ameerul Mu`mineen Hazrat Uthman Ghani (radi Allah anhu). The Caliph was busy with some other work and he did not attend to his need. Thereafter, the person went to Hazrat Uthman bin Haneef (radi Allahu anhu) and complained about the matter. Hazrat Uthman bin Haneef (radi Allahu anhu) ordered the man to perform the Wudhu (ablution), enter the musjid and to offer two Rakaats of Nafil Salaah. He was then to recite the following Du`a:Allahumma Inni As Aluka Wa Ata Wajjahu Ilaika Binabiyina Nabiyyir rahmati Ya Muhammadu Inni Ata Wajjahu Bika ila Rabbi Fayadiha Haajati wa tazkuru haajataka wa ruh illaya hatta arooha ma`aka. "O Allah, I beg of you and I seek your assistance, with the Wasila (Medium) of your beloved Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) who is the Prophet of Mercy. O Muhammad! I turn to Allah with your Wasila so that my needs be fulfilled." Thereafter, he was told to mention his need. On completion, he was told to visit Hazrat Uthman bin Haneef (radi Allahu anhu), so that both could visit the august court of Hazrat Uthman Ghani (radi Allahu anhu). When he presented himself in front of the great Caliph, he was not only shown great respect, but his need and wish were also immediately granted. The Caliph, then addressing the man stated: "In future if you require any favour, come immediately to me." After they had left the court of the great Caliph, the man thanked Hazrat Uthman bin Haneef (radi Allahu anhu) for mentioning him to the Caliph, the latter clearly stated that he had not even approached the Caliph. He then stated: "By Allah, I saw the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) teaching the very same Du`a to a blind man. Miraculously, the blind man then approached us before we could even complete our conversation, and it appeared as if he had never been blind." Imaam Tabraani and Imaam Munzari (radi Allahu anhuma) have both stated that this Hadith is authentic. (3) Imaam Bukhari (radi Allahu anhu) in his "Kitaabul Adaabul Mufrad", Imaam Ibnus Sinni and Imaam ibn Bashkool (radi Allahu anhuma) have recorded that, Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Omar (radi Allahu anhu) once suffered from a cramp. Someone advised him to remember the person whom he loved the most. The great companion then proclaimed loudly, "Ya Muhammadah." It is recorded that he was immediately relieved. (4) Imaam Nawawi (radi Allahu anhu) in his commentary of the Sahih Muslim, including in his book, "Kitaabul Azkaar", records that some individuals were sitting in the company of Hazrat Abdullah ibn Abbas (radi Allahu anhu), when suddenly one of them suffered from cramps. The great companion advised the man to remember the person whom he loved the most. The man proclaimed, "Ya Muhammadah." He was immediately cured. There are in fact many Ashbaab who narrate incidents of similar incident. (5) Substantiating this, Allama Shahaab Khafaaji Misri (radi Allahu anhu) states in his "Naseem-ur Riyaaz" a commentary of the "Shifa" by Imaam Qaadi Ayaaz (radi Allahu anhu), that it is an established practice of the people of Medina Shareef to proclaim "Ya Muhammadah" in times of difficulty and anxiety. (6) Hazrat Bilal bin Al Haarith Muzani (radi Allahu anhu) states: A drought which was known as "Aamur Ramadah" once occurred during the Caliphate of Hazrat Umar Al Farouk (radi Allahu anhu). His tribe the Bani Muzaina approached him and complained that they were dying of hunger, and thus requested the Caliph to sacrifice a few sheep. When he told them that there was nothing left of the sheep, they still insisted. After the sheep were cut and cleaned they noticed that only red bones were to be seen. Hazrat Bilal (radi Allahu anhu), seeing this state of affairs, proclaimed loudly, "Ya Muhammadah", in grief and concern. He was then blessed with seeing the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) in his dream, who informed him of future glad tidings which did occur later on. (7) Imaam-e-Mujtahid Sayyidi Abdur Rahman Huzaili Kufi Masoodi (radi Allahu anhu), was the grandson of Hazrat Abdullah ibn Masood (radi Allahu anhu). He was also a very great Jurist and a Taabi`in of high rank. It is stated that he used to wear a long hat with the inscribed words, "Muhammad, Ya Mansoor." (8) This was also confirmed by Imam Hasheem bin Jameel Az Zaaki (radi Allahu anhu) who was among the great Ulema and Muhadditheen of the time states: "I saw him (ie, Hazrat Abdur Rahman Masoodi) place a long hat on his head, with the words inscribed, `Muhammad, Ya Mansoor`." (9) It is recorded in the Fatawa of Hazrat Imaam, Shaikul Islam, Shahaab Ramli Ansaari whether it was permissible for the people to invoke the names of Prophets, Saints and Ulema in times of difficulty as they normally did. The great scholar replied: "Undoubtedly it is permissible to seek the assistance of great Prophets, Saints and Ulema. They do in fact assist, even after they have departed from this world." (10) Imaam Allama Khairudeen Ramli (radi Allahu anhu), the illustrious teacher of the scholar who has written the authentic book on Islamic Jurisprudence, "Durre Mukhtaar", states in his "Fatawa Khayria": "People who proclaim, Ya Sheikh Abdul Qaadir (are merely emulating) a call, what, therefore, is the reason for it, not to be permissible?" (11) Sayyidi Jamal bin Abdullah bin Omar Makki (radi Allahu anhu), in his Fatawa states that he was questioned about those people who proclaim in times of difficulty, "Ya Rasoolullah, Ya Ali, Ya Sheikh Abdul Qaadir" as to these proclamations being permissible in Islam. The great scholar replied: "Yes, these proclamations are permissible, to call to them is permissible including using their names as Wasilas. This is permissible in the light of the Shari`ah. Such an act is desirable and approved. Only those individuals who are stubborn and arrogant would oppose or question this reality, and they certainly are unfortunate and deprived of the Barakaat (blessing) of the Awliya Allah." (12) Imaan ibn Jouzi (radi Allahu anhu), In his book, "Oyunil Hikaayat", narrates a strange and amazing incident of three brothers who were constantly engaged in Jihad (Holy Islamic War). He narrates: Once, while engaged in Jihad with the Christians of Rome, they were captured and tortured. The King informed them that if they adopted the religion of Christianity he would set them free. The brothers refused to do so. Instead they all proclaimed aloud, "Ya Muhammadah." The King became furious and ordered two of the brothers to be thrown into boiling oil. After a while, the youngest escaped from the clutches of his capturers accompanied by the daughter of the King, whom herself was amazed at the piety of the young Muslim. Six months later when they were about to be married, the two martyred brothers amazingly appeared accompanied by a group of Angels. When it was inquired as to how they had survived they replied: "When you saw us being thrown into the boiling oil, you indeed saw the truth, yet as we entered the pot, we entered into the high stages of Jannah." Imam ibn Jouzi (radi Allahu anhu) states that the brothers lived in Syria and were extremely famous. Many couplets have been written in their praise. This incident has been shortened. Our object is to highlight how beneficial it is to call out to the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam). We have seen that the brothers at a time of extreme perils and danger did not hesitate in calling to the Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam). How were they rewarded? Very clearly they were rewarded with such blessing that the two Shuhada immediately entered Jannah, while the youngest brother was saved and married the King`s daughter, and the two Shuhada were actually given permission to attend the marriage of their younger brother accompanied by a group of Angels. Where are those persons who proclaim that it is Haraam to call on great Prophets and Saints for assistance? If they firmly believe that it is Haraam, why have the great scholars clarified this action (of calling to Prophet`s and Saints) as permissible and extremely beneficial? (13) Huzoor Pur-Noor, Sayiddina Ghous-e-A`zam (radi Allahu anhu), states: "If a person in distress or hardships calls out to me, his hardship will be eradicated. If a person uses my name as his Wasila (medium) and pleads to Allah, his need will be fulfilled." The great Saint then goes on to describe a Salaah, which can be extremely beneficial. He states: "A person should perform two Rakaats of Salaah, in every Rakaat he should recite eleven times the Sura Faatiha and thereafter Sura Ikhlaas eleven times. After completing the Salaah, he should recite the Durood and Salaam upon the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam), then remembering me he should proceed eleven steps towards the direction of Baghdad invoking my name in every step, including mentioning his need and wish. In this manner (Allah willing) his need and wish will be granted." (14) The above-mentioned medicant has been described and mentioned by scholars such as, Imaam Abul Hasan Ali bin Jareer, Imaam Abdullah bin Asad Yafa`ee Makki, Shaikh Mulla Ali Qaari, Moulana Abul Ma`aali Mohammed Muslimi Qaderi and Shaikh-e-Muhaqqiq Moulana Abdul Haq Muhaddis Dehlwi (radi Allahu anhum) in their treaties, "Bahjatul Asraar", "Khulaasatul Mafaakhir", "Nuzhatul Khaatir", "Toh`fa`ee Qaderia" and "Zubdatul Aasaar", among others. One should also remember that the great Ulema and Saints attribute extreme authenticity to the mentioned article. A point to mention about Imam Abul Hasan Noorudeen Ali (radi Allahu anhu), the author of "Bahjatul Asraar", is that aside from being a great Sufi, he was also considered to be a great Imaam of Qiraat. It is reported that he received his spiritual training under the guidance of Hazrat Sayyidi Abu Swaleh Nasr (radi Allahu anhu), the great grandson of Hazrat Ghousal Azam (radi Allahu anhu). Describing the greatness and stature of the book, "Bahjatul Asraar", Hazrat Abdul Haq Muhaddis (radi Allahu anhu) in his book, "Zubdatul Aasaar", states that the book is indeed considered to be extremely authentic and factual in the eyes of the distinguished and esteemed Ulema and Saints. The book has also been used as a reference on many occasions. (15) Imaam Arif Billah Sayyidi Abdul Wahab Sha`raani (radi Allahu anhu), in his book, "Lawaaqi-ul-Anwaar Fi Tabqaatil Akhyaar", records a strange and miraculous incident. It is recorded that a Mureed of Sayyidi Mohammed Khawri (radi Allahu anhu) was once passing through the market, when the foot of the animal he was riding slipped. In extreme panic he screamed, "Ya Sayyidi Muhammad, Ya Ghamri!" Co-incidently, in that very market place, the captured ruler ibn Omar Sa`eed was also passing through. He inquired from the Mureed as to who was Sayyidi Mohammed. When he was told who he was, he asked permission to use the name of the Murshid so that he could also be released. As soon as he had proclaimed the name of the great Wali, the spiritual master appeared and driving away the capturers, freed the ruler. The Shaikh then blessed the ruler, and thereafter departed. (16) A similar incident is mentioned of Sayyidi Shamsudeen Mohammed Hanafi (radi Allahu anhu). It is stated that the great Saint while performing Wudhu removed his sandal and threw it with tremendous fury and it disappeared into thin air. He then removed his other sandal and advised one of his Mureeds to retain it until such time that the first sandal was returned. After some time a traveller from Syria arrived with the missing sandal and some gifts for Hazrat Shamsudeen (radi Allahu anhu). He then narrated that while he was travelling, he was attacked by a highwayman, who overpowered him and wanted to slit his throat. Under this extreme situation he called out aloud, "Ya Sayyidi Muhammad, Ya Hanafi." Suddenly, a sandal appeared from thin air and struck the robber. This Mureed then stated that it was indeed through the Wasila and power of his Murshid that he had been saved. (17) In the very same book it is recorded that when the Spiritual Master, Hazrat Sayyidi Shamsudeen Hanafi (radi Allahu anhu) was on his death-bed, he called his Mureeds and said: "If anyone has any wish or need, he should come to my grave, I will indeed help him in fulfilling it. Remember between you and me, there is merely a handful of sand, and how can a mere handful of sand be a screen between a Murshid and his Mureed. If the sand does become a screen, then the murshid cannot be perfect a Man (Insaan-e-Kaamil)." (18) Incidents of similar nature are recorded by Hazrat Imaam Abdul Wahab Sha`raani (radi Allahu anhu) in his book, "Tabqaat-e-Kubra." We shall quote a few. (19) Sayyidi Mohammed Farghal (radi Allahu anhu) states: "I am indeed amongst those Saints who can assist you from the grave. If, therefore, you have any wish or need come to my grave and facing me, mention your requirements. I will fulfill them." (20) It is recorded that while Hazrat Sayyidi Madeen Ahmed Ashmooni (radi Allahu anhu) was performing the Wudhu, he suddenly threw his sandal towards the Eastern side of the city. A year later a man arrived and described a strange incident. He said: "My daughter was once walking in the jungle, when an evil man tried to entrap her. She did not at the time remember the name of her father`s Murshid, yet in panic, she screamed, `O Murshid of my father, save me!`. Suddenly, a sandal appeared from thin air and rendered the evil man unconscious." It is stated that the sandal is still in the possession of the mentioned family. (21) Among the excellences of Hazrat Sayyidi Moosa Abu Imraan (radi Allahu anhu), it is recorded that whenever his Mureeds used to call to him, he immediately use to assist them, even though the Mureed was as far away as a year`s journey or even more. (22) Hazrat Shaikh-e-Muhaqqiq Abdul Haq Muhaddith Dehlwi (radi Allahu anhu), in his famous book, "Akhbaarul Akhyaar" mentions Shaikh Baha`udeen bin Ebraheem Ata`ullah Al Ansaari Ash Shattari (radi Allahu anhu), who is the author of a very famous book on Tasawwuf entitled "Risaala Shat`taaria", has recorded in his book a specific type of Zikr known as "Zikr-e-Kashful Arwah." The great Saint mentions: "There are two ways of making the Zikr of `Ya Ahmed` and `Ya Muhammad`. The first way is to recite `Ya Ahmed` from the right side and `Ya Muhammad` from the left side, concentrating on the thought of `Ya Mustafa.` "The second method is to recite `Ya Ahmed, Ya Ali, Ya Hasan, Ya Husain, Ya Fathima.` This is to be read from all six directions. In other words, one should begin with `Ya Ahmed` till the end. Thereafter, the next name and so on. By performing this Zikr in the specified manner one will obtain the secrets of Kashful Arwah (Manifestation of the Souls). "The Zikr of the names of Angels, which is performed in the same manner and which has the same effect, namely `Ya Jibraeel, Ya Israeel, Ya Mikaeel, Ya Izraeel.` This is performed from all four sides and also results in Kashful Arwah. "Another method is by reciting `Ya Shaikh, Ya Shaikh` one thousand times in the following manner. The person should pronounce the word, `Ya Shaikh` from the right side of the heart and at the time of pronouncing the word `Shaikh` he should concentrate on striking it on the heart. Through this method, one can also achieve Kashful Arwah." (23) Discussing the life and teachings of Hazrat Moulana Jalalludeen Rumi (radi Allahu anhu), Hazrat Sayyidi Noorudeen Moulana Abdur Rahman Jaami (radi Allahu anhu) writes: At the last moments, before the passing away of Moulana Rumi (radi Allahu anhu), he revealed to his Mureeds a startling secret. He said: "Do not be sad at my passing away, because one hundred and fifty years after the passing away of Hazrat Mansoor (radi Allahu anhu), his Noor beamed on the soul of Hazrat Fareedudeen Attar (radi Allahu anhu) and became his Murshid (Spiritual Guide) in the spiritual world." Moulana Rumi (radi Allahu anhu) then stated: "Whatever condition you may be in, remember me, so that I can be your protector and helper, irrespective of what state I may be in." He further states: "In this world I have two types of relationships, one with my body and the other with you, and when, with the Mercy of Allah I am freed from this contact with my body and the world of loneliness is exposed to me, I will divert the attention of my soul to you." (24) Hazrat Shah Wali`ullah Dehlwi (radi Allahu anhu), in his book, "Ateebul Ghanum fi Madh-e-Sayyadal Arabi Wal Ajam", comments on the Quranic verse pertaining to the state of ecstasy in the love for the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam). He states: Wa Salla alaikal laahu Ya Khaira Khalqihi Wa Ya Khaira Ma`moolin Ya Khaira Wa hibi Wa Ya Khaira May yurja likashfira zee yatan Wa man Jooduhu Qad faaqa Joodas sahaa`ibi Wa anta mujeeri min hujoomi mulimatin Iza anshabat filqalbi sharral makhaalib "O Exceptional! Among those who can be depended on. O Exceptional! Among those who can be depended upon to eradicate difficulty. O Exceptional! Among those whose generosity showers more than rain. I indeed testify to the fact that at the time when my heart is engulfed in this dilemma, You are indeed the one who gives me assistance and consolation." Under the same commentary, Shah Wali`ullah (radi Allahu anhu) states concerning those moments of difficulty in which it is most necessary to seek assistance from the sacred Soul of the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam). At the beginning of this chapter, he writes: "I cannot perceive any one besides the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) who, for the depressed person at times of calamities, will forward a helping hand." (25) The same scholar in his "Madhiyaa Hamziya" explains: In the august court of the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) one should consider oneself insignificant and inferior. With a broken heart and with total sincerity one should call to the Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) in Du`a. The person will indeed attain Salvation if he states, "O Rasool of Allah! O Unique among the Creation! I seek your favour on the Day of Justice. On that Day when there will be a great test, only you, O Prophet of Allah, would give security from all calamity! I have turned to you for salvation and have my trust in you." (26) Hazrat Shah Wali`ullah (radi Allahu anhu), records a method for achieving and fulfilling one`s needs and wishes in his book, "Al intibah fi Salasil-e-Awliya". He states: "One should first perform two Rakaats of Nafil Salaah. After completion he should recite the following - 111 times Durood Shareef, 111 times Kalima Tamjeed and 111 times `Shay an Lillah, Ya Shaikh Abdal Qaadir Jilaani`." (27) From this book, it has been proven that all the great Luminaries (to be mentioned), believed in the proclamation of `Shay an Lillah` as being a valid and a great solution to many unsolved problems. They also gave permission to their students and disciples to proclaim it, without any hesitation. The names of some of these great Scholars and Saints are among others: 27.1 Ustaad and Shaikh-e-Hadith of Shah Wali`ulllah, Moulana Tahir Madani (radi Allahu anhuma), 27.2 His Shaikh and father, Moulana Ebraheem Kardi (radi Allahu anhu), 27.3 His Ustaad, Moulana Ahmed Kashshaashi (radi Allahu anhu), 27.4 His Ustaad, Moulana Ahmed Shanawi (radi Allahu anhu), 27.5 His grand Ustaad, Moulana Ahmed Nakhli (radi Allahu anhu), N.B. The above mentioned Scholars are also quoted in the sequence of Shah Sahebs Salasil-e-Ahadith (orders of Ahadith). 27.6 The Murshid of Shah Saheb, Shaikh Mohammed Lahoori (radi Allahu anhu), about whom in the book, "Al Intibah", the title of Shaikh Mu`ammar Thaqqa (the blessed and trustworthy master) is attributed, this title is also attributed to his Shaikh, 27.7 Shaikh Moulana Abdul Maalik and his Shaikh (radi Allahu anhu), 27.8 Shaikh Bayazeed Thaani and his Murshid (radi Allahu anhu), 27.9 Moulana Wajeehudeen Alawi (the commentator of the "Hidaayah" and the "Sharhah Waqaya"), including his Murshid (radi Allahu anhu), 27.10 Taajul Aarifeen, Shah Mohammed Ghous Gawalyari (radi Allahu anhu). All the above Ulema and Awliya have recited the Naade Ali and the daily recital of "Ya Ali, Ya Ali." For those wishing to gain more information on this subject, I (Imam Ahmed Raza) advise them to read the books, "Anhaarul Anwaar" and "Hayatul Mawaat fi Bayaani Samaa`il Amwaat", both written by A`la Hazrat Shah Ahmed Raza (radi Allahu anhu). (28) Shah Abdul Aziz Dehlwi (radi Allahu anhu), in his book, "Bustaanul Muhaditheen", praises Hazrat Sayyidi Ahmed Zarooq (radi Allahu anhu), by describing him as follows: "Hazrat-e-Arfa wa Ah`la, Imaamul Ulema and Nizaamul Awliya (The Highly Exalted Shaikh, Leader of the Ulema and the Governor of the Awliya). This great Saint is also among the Abdaal Sab`a (The Seven Magnificent Abdaal) and is an authority amongst the Sufis. Among his illustrious students are personalities like Imaam Shamsudeen Lagaani and Imaam Shahabudeen Qastalaani (radi Allahu anhuma). The Saint was a master in Shari`ah, Haqiqat and all Mystical Facets. Some of his books can be consulted to gain a better appreciation of his immense qualities." Shah Abdul Aziz (radi Allahu anhu) further states: "In brief, the Saint was a man of exceptional attributes, to fully comprehend his qualities is indeed beyond comprehension." (29) Shah Abdul Aziz (radi Allahu anhu), then quotes two sentences stated by Hazrat Ahmed Zarooq (radi Allahu anhu), which further highlights his greatness, "I indeed bless my (Mureeds) with tranquillity during times of difficulty and perplexity, when cruelty and evil oppresses them and in times of misery and fear. Therefore (during these times) call to me `Ya Zarooq`, I will immediately come to your assistance." (30) Allama Ziyadi, Allama Ajhoori, Allama Dawoodi (who also happens to be the marginal writer of the "Sharah Minhaat") and Allama Shaami (radi Allahu anhum), have all prescribed a method for finding mislaid items. They state: "One should climb on to a high spot and offer Faatiha for Hazrat Sayyidi Ahmed bin Alwaan Yamaani (radi Allahu anhu). Thereafter invoking his name one should say, `Ya Sayyidi Ahmed, Ya ibn Alwaan`." All praise is due to Allah, in that this servant has compiled a book in which quotations from the generation of the Sahaba and from the generations of Ulema and Awliya following them have been mentioned. As to those who are corrupted and hope to corrupt, we ask them what are their views on these great scholars and Saints who also believed that it was permissible to call out to great Saints and Prophets for assistance with the Harf-e-Nidaa? What will they label such great personalities, which include among others: 30.1 Hazrat Uthman bin Haneef (radi Allahu anhu), 30.2 Hazrat Abdullah ibn Abbas (radi Allahu anhu), 30.3 Imaam Taqi`udeen Abul Hasan Ali Subki (radi Allahu anhu), 30.4 Imaam Ahmed Qastalaani (radi Allahu anhu), 30.5 Imaam Abdul Azeem Munzari (radi Allahu anhu), 30.6 Imaam Bukhari (radi Allahu anhu), 30.7 Imaam Muslim (radi Allahu anhu), 30.8 Imaam Tabraani (radi Allahu anhu), 30.9 Imaam Baihaqi (radi Allahu anhu), 30.10 Imaam Tirmidhi (radi Allahu anhu), 30.11 Imaam Nisaai (radi Allahu anhu), 30.12 Imaam Nawawi (radi Allahu anhu), 30.13 Imaam Shahab Khafaaji (radi Allahu anhu), 30.14 Imaam Bilal bin Haarith Munzani (radi Allahu anhu), 30.15 Sayyedi Abdur Rahmaan Huzaili (radi Allahu anhu), 30.16 Shaikul Islam, Shahabudeen Ramli al Ansaari (radi Allahu anhu), 30.17 Allama Khayrudeen Ramli (radi Allahu anhu), 30.18 Sayyidi Jamal bin Abdullah bin Omar Makki (radi Allahu anhu), 30.19 Imaam ibn Jouzi (radi Allahu anhu), 30.20 Ghousal A`zam, Syed Abdul Qaadir Jilaani (radi Allahu anhu), 30.21 Imaam Jalalludeen Suyutwi (radi Allahu anhu), 30.22 Imaam Abul Hasan, Noorudeen Ali bin Jareer (radi Allahu anhu), 30.23 Imaam Abdullah bin Asad Yafa`ee Makki (radi Allahu anhu), 30.24 Mulla Ali Qaari (radi Allahu anhu), 30.25 Moulana Abul Ma`aali Mohammed Muslimi (radi Allahu anhu), 30.26 Taajul Aarifeen, Sayyidi Abu Bakr Taajudeen Abdur Razzaq Qaderi (radi Allahu anhu), 30.27 Shah Abdul Haq Dehlwi (radi Allahu anhu), 30.28 Sayyedi Abu Swaleh Nasr (radi Allahu anhu), 30.29 Imaam Shamsudeen Zahbi (radi Allahu anhu), 30.30 Mohammed bin Mohammed Al Hizri (radi Allahu anhu), 30.31 Imaam Abdul Wahab Sha`raani (radi Allahu anhu), 30.32 Sayyedi Mohammed Ghazni (radi Allahu anhu), 30.33 Sayyedi Shamsudeen Mohammed Hanafi (radi Allahu anhu), 30.34 Sayyedi Ahmed Kabeer-e-Awliya Badawi (radi Allahu anhu), 30.35 Sayyedi Mohammed bin Ahmed Farghal (radi Allahu anhu), 30.36 Sayyedi Madeen bin Ahmed Ashmooni (radi Allahu anhu), 30.37 Sayyedi Moosa Abu Imraan (radi Allahu anhu), 30.38 Imaam Noorudeen Abdur Rahman Jaami (radi Allahu anhu), 30.39 Arif Billah, Moulana Jalaalludeen Rumi (radi Allahu anhu), 30.40 Shah Wali`ullah Dehlwi (radi Allahu anhu), 30.41 Allama Ziyaad (radi Allahu anhu), 30.42 Shah Abdur Raheem Dehlwi (radi Allahu anhu), 30.43 Allama Ajhoori (radi Allahu anhu), 30.44 Allama Shaami (radi Allahu anhu), and 30.45 Sayyidi Ahmed bin Alwaan Yamani (radi Allahu anhu). Now what is your opinion about these great Luminaries of Islam, who so clearly substantiate the belief that it is permissible to call upon Prophets and Saints for assistance. If you consider them to be Muslims, then Alhumdulilah, you are on the straight and correct path. On the other hand, if you consider them disbelievers then all we say is, "May Allah assist you in seeing the correct path." Aameen. We would like to categorically state an amazing fact - how unfortunate is that group which considers Muslims from the generation of the Ashbaab to the present times as disbelievers and Mushriks (because they call upon Prophets, Saints and Ulema to help them in times of difficulty). They cannot be true "Muslims" who respect the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam), if this is their belief concerning the Ulema and Saints of his Ummah. The question of Disbelief and Belief has very clearly been explained in the book of Jurisprudence, "Durre Mukhtaar", yet there are individuals who themselves are misled and hope to deliberately mislead and confuse the Muslims so that their true state is not revealed. (31) The most beautiful proof of calling to the Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) is in the Attahiyaat, wherein every worshipper salutes and calls unto the Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam). If by using the Nida, causes one to be guilty of Shirk, then how is it that it is found in the Salaah? Some individuals state that, one does not have the intention of calling to the Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) in the Attahiyaat, rather one is merely conveying a message. This opinion is without basis. The religion of Islam has never commanded us to recite any Zikr, without pondering on its meaning. Therefore, when we are reciting the Attahiyaat, we should not possess this belief, rather we should believe that we are directly addressing the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) and sending Salaams to him, upon oneself and upon all the pious of the Ummah. (32) It is recorded in the books, "Tanweerul Absaar" and "Sharah Durre Mukhtaar" that, "The intention which one must possess at the time of reciting the Tashahud is the concentration on the meaning of this, that is, in other words, one must remember that one is sending Salaams upon the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) and that one is praising Allah Almighty. One must be assured of the fact that one is sending Salaams and not merely relaying a message." (33) Words of similar effect are also found in the books of Jurisprudence, "Fatawa Alamgeeri" and "Sharhe Qudoori". (34) Allama Hasan Sharanbulaani (radi Allahu anhu), in his book, "Maraqi-ul-Falah" states: "Numerous Ulema have in fact clarified this belief. There are some misled individuals who profess that because Angels are deputized to convey the Salaams to the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam), one should not use the Harf-e-Nidaa. What these enlightened individuals have forgotten is that twice daily the deeds of the Ummati are placed in front of the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam). In many authentic Ahadith, it is quite clearly stated that all deeds of the individual are placed in front of the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam), the deceased family and the deceased parents." The numerous Ahadith on the above topic, is evident in the book composed by this servant of Islam entitled, "Saltanatul Mustafa fi Malakoot-e-Kullil Wara." (35) Substantiating this, I will conclude this book by mentioning a Hadith reported by Hazrat Imaam Abdullah ibn Mubarruk (radi Allahu anhu), narrated by Hazrat Sa`eed ibn Musayyib (radi Allahu anhu), who states: "Not a day or night passes by, without the deeds of the Ummati are being placed in front of the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam). Therefore the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) recognizes his followers in two ways, firstly by their Alamat (signs) and secondly by their Amaal (deeds)." This humble servant of Islam, with the Infinite Mercy of Allah could have compiled a more lengthy book concerning this issue, however, this is ample proof for a person possessing qualities of piety, justice and honesty. Certainly, for those who have Allah`s guidance, a single letter is sufficient. Ikfina sharal mudilleena Ya Kaafi wa salli ala Sayyidina wa Maulana Muhammadinish shaafi wa Aalihi Wasahbihi Humaatid Deenis Saafi Aameen wal Hamdulillahi Rabbil Aalameen.

I can only pray for all of us, and may Allah guide us to take right path, and who ever is wrong may change his/her beliefs.
I think this is the only words, which we can use at this time.
