Question 1= Dear mein Aaj Kal Ireland Mein Hoon Aur yahan jo bhi muslim friends hein un mein se majority ka ye kahna hai k nimaz parhnay k liye Topi zarori nahi hai, plz ISLAM ki roshni mein jawab dein, shukria

Namaz topi pehnay beghair ho jati hai, but this is not appreciated. Jub aap Allah Taala Azza Wa Jal kay huzoor kharay ho rahay hain tou us ka Aadaab ko samnay rakhna chahiye. Aur topi pehn'na namaaz kay Adaab main say hai, lekin na pehn'nay say namaaz ho jati hai.

Well u got ur answer but i wanna add something which i thought iz important 2 undrstnd da whole idea of Prayer ...........


Namaz parhnay ky liye tu sirf sattar dhakna lazmi hy meanz (ghootnon sy naaf tak)

for example : one person just fulfill only faraz and offer salah in PAAk but dirty clothes , not wid full attention ......he complted hiz salah according 2 minmum criteria .........his salah is accepted . on the other hand another person offer salah according 2 way of MUHAMMAD SAW ...and compltd all sunnah wid perfection and offer salah ....his salah is accepted.

BUT their iz a difference in REWARD .....eg: 1st person got an ordinary stone and
2nd person got diamond in reward ..................BOTH got stones but their iz a huge diff b/w worth.



MAY ALLAH GUIDE US ALL TOWARDS HIS REHMAH AMEEN

Well mein abhi kuch hadees likh deta hoon jo basic criteria of zakat ky baray mein hein ....okay

As hum kehtaein hein ky zakat denay ky liye itna maal hona chyie aur 2.5 % hona chayie zakat ....and many thingz more ....so first we have 2 check all dese details from Hadees Nabvi.

FROM SAHI BUKHARI

Volume 2, Book 24, Number 487:
Narrated Abu Said:

Allah's Apostle (p.b.u.h) said, "No Zakat is due on property mounting to less than five Uqiyas (of silver), and no Zakat is due on less than five camels, and there is no Zakat on less than five Wasqs." (A Wasqs equals 60 Sa's) & (1 Sa=3 K gms App.)

Narrated Anas:

Abu Bakr wrote to me what Allah's Apostle has made compulsory (regarding Zakat) and this was mentioned in it: If a property is equally owned by two partners, they should pay the combined Zakat and it will be considered that both of them have paid their Zakat equally


is hadees mein patnership wala masla solve ho jata hy aur wazahat bhi mil jati hy ...

Volume 2, Book 24, Number 538:
Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri :

Allah's Apostle said, "No Zakat is imposed on less than five Awsuq of dates; no Zakat is imposed on less than five Awaq of silver, and no Zakat is imposed on less than five camels."

Volume 2, Book 24, Number 542:
Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah's Apostle said, "There is no Zakat either on a horse or a slave belonging to a Muslim"



so is hadees sy yeh wazahat ho jati hy ky jo cheezein app ky daily use ki hein un par zakat nahe .....

asal mein meri family pak mein hai aur mein yahan out of country, ghar walay tu zakat nikalty hein but mein ye chata tha k mein jo bhi yahan earn karoon us per sath sath zakat nikal liya karoo, humein yahan weekly pay milti hai,mein chata tha k mein har week k end per zakat k paisay seperat kar diya karoo aur ramzan mein pak send kar doo take parents wo paisay masarf e zakat mein de dein ok

Now i understand ur question compltly....

Dear Brother do u know that our PROPHET (P.B.U.H) Has never give ZAKAT in his life.

DO you know y .....?

Because OUR PROPHET (P.B.U.H) property never reaches NISAB level.

Brother as u tell me that u wanna separate zakat 4rm ur salary weekly .......

IT does,nt matter on which bases ur or wht iz ur salary.

ZAKAT is applied on that MAAL (property,money) which is above NISAB and jisko pura 1 year ho jata hy .

Also daily uses ki cheezon par zakat nahe hoti.

Brother app salary lein aur agar app usko jama kr rahy hein tu phir pura 1 year guzarnay ky baad app ki saving ka 2.5 % zakat mein dena hoga.


IMPORTANT POINT:

Brother Start the counting 4rm da month jab sy app ny MAAL (property,money) kharedi hy tab sy na ky yeh .....app ny jan mein property kharidi aur app uski zakat october mein RAMADAN mein dy rahy hoon.


Zaroori nahe hy ky app zakat ramadan mein dein ...jab bhi 1 year complt ho jaye dy dein .

first of all i want to say you that if topi is not nessassary then keeping topi on the head is also not against islam. therefore we should not make it issue. jo jesa kehta hy usy wesa hi kerny do mager khood kisi achy kam ko kisi or ki waja sy na choro. topi pehanna sunnat hy or sunnat ada kerny sy sawab hi milta hy. zaroori or gher zaroori ko chor ker sunnat ki khatir hi pahen lo.

second main appko scientific view sy topi ki ahmiyat batata hoon. according to scientific view topi laga ker wash room jany sy insan aysi diseases sy mahfooz rehta hy ginki waja sy appka brain mutasir ho. ok.

topi is not nessassary but wearing topi is not forbidden in islam. so it is not any issue. wearing topi is sunnat then we should follow it.anyone dont like to wear topi it is his or her own metter.
science proove that when we go to washroom and keep topi on our headsthen we become save from many diseases because there become many viruses which directly effect out brain. so wearing topi is also proof with science, so please wear topi.
