Well, for some days I was thinking of contacting either admins or mods for suggesting this, but then I thought that maybe its only me who is feeling this so I thought to share it here alongwith the opinion of the rest of us:).

General users main aur administration mian kafi ferq hota hai. General user us sub se go through nahin kerta, jis se go through kerkey administration (both admin and mod) hamarey liyeh aik platform provide kerti hai.

At times difference of opinion bhi hota hoga I am sure:). But usually administration us sub ko users ke samney share nahin kerti jo ke achi baat hai. Administration kaisey kaam kerti hai, kiya un ko problems face hoti hain, wo sub openly general users ko na hi pata chaley to ziada behter hota hai:). I am of the opnion ke administration main jo log hotey hain wo wahan ke AMEEN hotey hain aur unn ko kattan ye zaib nahin deta ke wo baghair sub ki rae janey, policies ya actions ya discussions ko leak out kerain:).

Administration always works for the betterment of the forum, this i know very well. :). However, aik choti si suggestion hai ager aap ko koi aiteraaz na ho to:).

Forum ko administer kerney ke doran baaz aukaat, threads ki deletion, users ki banning, threads ki locking type ke, aisey decisions leney pertey hain jo ke kabhi positive aur kabhi negative ripples cause kertey hain amidst the general population. Mera tajurba bhi yehi kehta hai ke ager each and everytime aisa ho to then there is bound to outspread a sense of un-security at times:).

Is sub se bachney ke liyeh kiya ye behter na hoga ke either in PM or openly, admin ki janib se reason de ker ye step liya jae? Aur ager kisi ko is step se aiteraaz ho to wo privately admin se ya mods se pooch sakta hai ya ager aap log permissio nahin detey ke users poochian to that is fine too. :)

Actually the main reason is, ager to koi tafreeh ya mazak waghaira ka thread ho ya post ho, to to baat aur hoti hai. But at times, hum log bohat mehnat kerkey kuch post akatha kertey hain aur post kertey hain, aur aisey main ager bina kisi reason ke wo thread ghaib ho jae ya lock ho jae to thora sa in-secure feel kertey hain:). but rules are rules. Ager yehi rule hai ke aisa ker saktey hain administration to be it. Zahir hia is baat per to koi behes nahin ho sakti. But ager aisa nahin hai koi rule, to phir meri moaddabana guzarish hai ke thread deletion ke waqt wahan per jinhon ne post kiya ho, un ko inform ker dain to bohat bohat inayat hogi:).

Ummedd hai ke meri suggestion clear hogi:). And i am sorry if I am breaking some rule by posting this here:). I hope you would understand that I intend good and nothing else:)

G nadeem bhai aap theek keh rahay hain...Administration sirf ye chahti hai k related topic related section may ho...buss...iss say zyada to koi demand nahit kerti administration users say according to posting...khul k gupsup lagaayen gupshup conrner may ksi ko kya aitraaz hosakta hai......

i understand this is forum.. n we have got different sections for different things.. but RULES made by HUMAN r bound to be either broken or bend..
and we all do that in real life.. so y not forum??...:o)..

khair point is if we can accomodate we SHOULD.... rather than take extreme actions...

Bilkul khalid theek hai and being senior users I think it is our duty to take into consideration to post relevant threads into relevant categories:).

haan albatta baaz aukaat aisa ho jata hai ke hum khud confuse hotey hain ke yaar is topic ko kahan hona chahiyeh hai:). Aisi soorat main jo sub se ziada appropriate cat samajh aati hai users waheen post ker detey hain:). I guess itna maring to hai hi na:).

Asal main mera maqsad buniyadi tor per un posts ya un threads ke liyeh tha jo poster ke ilm main lae baghair delete ho jayen:). I am really sorry yaar to say all this mager such yehi hai ke at least main sanjeeda topics per post kertey waqt kafi soch bichar aur ssearch kerkey post kerta hoon:). To jub aisa koi thread ya post delete ho to dukh hota hai aur apni mehnat ke zaya honey ka afsos:) bus itni si request thi:).

Other than that jaisa ke tum jantey ho yaar ke i have always appreciated for your and your crews efficiency in providing us such a good platform:).

And in the end main phir kahoonga ke I am truly sorry ager meri baat se koi rule toot raha ho ya kuch dissatisfaction ho rahi ho:). If this is the case, main humbly apni baat wapis leta hoon:)

I really love the administration of this forum.. no other forum gives this much freedom yet controlling everything with balance and justice. I salute Admin and Moderators, its sooo nice to see Admin listening to all the members and do all kind of helps on immediate basis.

how abt if we start punishing the same way as we get when we break a rule in real life ? :)

I appreciate ur comments n suggestions nadeem bhai...jahan tak hota hai hum inform kr k hi working kartay hain...aur agar baaz waqt inform na kr sakain tu is mein aisa bilkul nahi hota k hum bharam jata rahay bas aksar waqt zehan mein nahi rehta inform krna coz of too much moderation work...hum moderators honay k sath members b hain hum ko forum update b krna hota hai new threads new ideas lanay hota hain isliyai kabhi kabhar humaray zehan se b nikal jata hai inform krna...koi bhool chook hui ho tu advance sorry :)

Jahan tak spamming ka talluq hai...mera criteria spam posts delete krnay ka yehi hai k for example thread ap k liyai lagi hia wish krnay ki tu us mein jab tak members apse baat krain ge tu woh spam nahi count krun ga magar jab members apas mein baat krnay lag jayain ge jisse koi faida kisi member ko na puhanch raha ho tu i'll delete that post...wesay maine admin ko suggestion aik new di hai us peh working jari hai n hope so k spam posts ab delete honay ki bijayai koi new hal nikal ayega uska...hope u'll c dat option soon...
