an odd question

i heard this from some1 but i dont know precisely.... therefore i put this question before u

Not defecating everyday... is that harmful to health ... if yes ... how ... (i know it had to do with bacterial growth within the intestine)

also .. if some1 is trying to lose weight but does not defecate everyday .. would it slow it down for them ...losing weight that is

No its not harmfull its normal some ppl have exp not having it for week as long as ur not having any pain or anything its ok and yes it does not slow down the process of loosing w8
