one thing could be adjusted as well that rather asking members to tell you that they r intending to participate in that via pm to u or Anas, you ppl can ask members to leave msg that they want to be in this and this competition. It will save you guys time plus everything would be in front of you so would be better to decide ... once member selected you can post SELECTION CLOSED FOR COMPETITION xyz .... this could be done at separate thread entitled "Let us know which competition u like to take part in?" and so .... Just list all the Competiton there ... n rest will be done by members ... then select and annouce their names at the above mentioned thread which am suggesting here.
