Ingredients:
1 litre milk
2 apples peeled
sugar to taste
Purpose:
A healthy dessert.
Age Group:
Under 3 years.
Method:
* Boil the milk till it thickens.
* Grate the apples.
* Add to the boiled milk.
* Add sugar.
* Cool and eat.
GINGER HONEY
Ingredients:
1 piece ginger
2tbsp honey
1 1/2 tsp tulsi juice
Purpose:
For cold and cough.
Age Group:
Up to 2 years.
Method:
* Grate the ginger extract juice .
